Trying all week to get my account upgraded to Business but no one is home

I have tried all week, very unsuccessfully, to get my company's account upgraded from Team to Business.  I have submitted multiple sales contact forms and help desk tickets.  Nothing but crickets.  Is there any DIRECT line to a human sales person at Airtable that can assist, today, in getting our company switched over?  We were supposed to roll out AT to our entire research team today but because I could not get it hooked into Okta, we had to delay for...well who knows now.

Unfortunately, this has been a longtime problem with Airtable's Sales Team. Some people have waited months with no response, and I don't have any information on how to get in touch with anybody in Airtable's Sales Department.

However, since you're just upgrading to Business, you should be able to instantly perform that upgrade yourself by going into your Workspace Settings and clicking on the "Upgrade Plan" button.

Hey @pouncykitten!

As Scott mentioned, if you are upgrading to Business, you should be able to do that yourself with only a copule of clicks -just let me know if you cannot find that.

However, if you are trying to get Enterprise plan this is completely different and it is correct that you'd need to have a meeting with Airtable's Sales Team. I helped multiple clients of mine to get this done pretty fast, so feel free to reach out via Private Message if you'd like some help as well.

Thanks and yes I know how to do that but that’s credit card only and does not meet my needs.  I need to pay via check.
