Hi! 

the last column in booking details is payout week. how can I bring that to payout details table to show what each person did each pay period? it shows me what each person did, but it doesn't specify what pay period it is

Hmm, could you try right clicking the 'Booking Details' field and clicking 'Add lookup fields'?  Then select the field that displays the payout week and set it to "Limit the number of items shown" to 1.  I think that'll do what you need?
