...Allow the User to "Add Records From" a Table within the current base.
How does is solve the user problems?
...In order to bring together data from multiple Tables, they each need to exist in separate Base outside of the current Base. Without this feature, the User must create multiple Bases in order to combine multiple Tables into one Table.

...Every user who Syncs multiple Tables or wants to combine multiple Tables into one.
