I import many records at a time using the spreadsheet pasting method. However, then I have to go through and paste each image URL one-by-one into the image field, then hit upload.
It would be great if pasting image URLs during your Bulk Spreadsheet Paste would just detect that it is a URL and auto-upload! Yay!
Correct. And even if the record containing such attachment is deleted and the original document from which the attachment was created is secured or deleted, the attachment URL may continue to be accessible for a period of time.
