What is the proposed idea/solution?

A built in extension that provides the ability to bulk download attachments.  Filtering which records include and also renaming files based on any column of the table.

How does is solve the user problems?

Sometimes we need to export the contents of an attachment column. Doing this one by one itโ€™s not efficient at all. Downloading data in csv itโ€™s not enough.

How was this validated?

Hi @Fridolin34

I saw your post about using Make.com for handling zip files from Airtable, and I was wondering if you could help me troubleshoot an issue Iโ€™m facing.

My Setup:

  • I have an Airtable table where each record contains one or more photo files as attachments.
  • Each record is linked to a specific apartment unit (Wohneinheit).
  • My goal is to create one ZIP file per apartment, containing all its related photos, and upload it to OneDrive.

The Issue:

  • Right now, OneDrive is only uploading a ZIP file with a single photo, instead of all the photos from the corresponding apartment.
  • Each time the scenario runs, the ZIP file gets overwritten with a new one that contains only one photo, instead of adding all the photos together in a single archive.

My Make.com Workflow:

  1. Airtable โ€“ Watch/Search Records (to get all records with photos)
  2. Iterator (to process multiple files per record)
  3. HTTP - Get a File (to download each photo)
  4. Array Aggregator (grouping photos by apartment unit)
  5. Archive - Create an Archive (to zip all photos per apartment)
  6. OneDrive - Upload a File (uploading the ZIP to OneDrive)

I believe the issue is happening at the Array Aggregator or Archive step, but I canโ€™t figure out whatโ€™s wrong. Do you have any idea how to fix this so that all photos are included in the same ZIP file per apartment unit?
