Paste selection into MS Word as a table

As an end user, I would like the ability to copy a selection of rows/columns from Airtable and paste it into Microsoft Word as a table.

Currently, the selection is pasted as plain text. The plain text can be pasted into an existing table, but the paste selection must be exactly the same number of rows and columns, which is hard to determine.
