There greatly needs to be a filter in an interfaces Revision History. It should show as a pill next to the word Revision History, just like the filter pill shows on the new Record List interface. Or it could be next to the bell icon for changing the watching comments option.
This way if you are viewing revision history you can narrow in on a specific field(s) to see only those revisions.
