The Collaborator field type is awesome, but when assigning multiple people to a task the column width needs to get pretty wide.
Since the fields show people’s full names, it would be good to be able to set nicknames in the field settings. Or a radio button there for ‘First name only’, "First name and last initial’, ‘First initial and last name’, etc
