Can I share an attachement field link?

Using Airtable and Zapier, I am trying to link uploaded photos in an email.

For example, we are using Airtable as our backend system and once a job is complete we upload photos of the completed job, is there a way to link this attachment field to use in an outbound email?

I assumed I could use this link in the Zapier / Email automation: 

However this link doesn't work:

Any help would be appreciated. Currently we have sent the files from AirTable to Google Drive and using the shared link from there, however Google Drive uploads all of AirTables attachments in a zip folder so it shares it as a zip.
