Powersave, my chrome extension to quickly save to Airtable right from the browser has just been updated.
It now provides custom autofill configurations. You can configure different strategies to map values from websites to your fields:
- Pre-configured exact values
- Extracting meta values from the page's head
- Using CSS selectors to pull values from the page body
- Contextual reading via AI
If one strategy doesn’t work, you can set up a fallback. Powersave will try one strategy after another until a value is found.
The other functionality such as bulk saving and updating records right from the browser has been improved.
