Scripting, sorts displays correctly with output.table() but within the grid view of the UI

I’m trying to sort my records alphabetically and it logs perfectly with output.table() as you see below (first screenshot). But when I close the Scripting block it’s not reflected in Grid view (2nd screenshot). What additional step am I missing? Sort...
