Unfortunately, you can't create sub groups with the pivot tables and the other charting capabilities are also quite limited still.Airtable loves half-baked solutions it seems.

You can't group by multiple fields though.

it's super frustrating that this can be done with the list view but not the grid view. I can't always use the list view because i can only group by two fields! If it's not one thing, it's the other!
