It’s worth giving it a go.
My projects and tasks base started very simple and I developed it from there though it’s still basic.
I think getting the basics of linking tables is quite key.

The re sequence is ok, I have tendency to review and plan rather than actually do. I can use that step to move myself into actioning mode.

i have a similar next action setup, i tend to drag tasks up and down as i plan and would like the top or first task under each project to be automatically triggered as the next action for that project.
