In a lookup field which returns multiple values (a comma separated array of values) the sort order seems random. Is there a way to sort this result alphabetically?

Trying to import via CSV file Multiple Select Values. I want to import Value1, Value2, Value3 as three separate multiple select items. If I separate the values in the cell of the CSV file with commas I get one item “Value1, Value2, Value3”.

now that parsing url’s is easy with airtable how to make them shorter. would be nice to have a tinyurl.com api integration so you could automatically shorten long parsed urls. especially as they display only full length in the mobile app.
it will show whatever fields are visible in the linked table. so you’d have to either hide those fields on the “contact Persons” table or make a simplified “contact persons 2” table with only the fields you want to show visible. make sense?

familiar with so called “personal” views etc. this is not a business level solution. Is there a business that doesn’t have confidential data that perhaps all collaborators should not have access to?
