Ah you’ll need to use linked fields and conditional filtering for this I’m afraid and I’ve set it up here for you to check out, and here’s a link to the docs: https://support.airtable.com/docs/dynamic-filtering-in-linked-record-fields

For example, if you want to be able to select a Department and then only be provided the Team Members that are part of the department like so:

Then you would set your field up like this:

And this is what the data looks like:
