I have just started. I am trying to add someone to share. They got the acceptance link, created an account, but my database does not show up for him and he doesn’t appear anywhere when I log in.

It turns out my different method fails. I was trying to link from an address field such as 2000 Main. When I change the type to link, all of the data changes to just the street number, e.g., “2000”.

My base has neighborhood information. The Lot Number, Address, etc. never change and must not be edited. Other fields such as Rented?, ForSale?, etc., are meant to be changed. None of the records should be deleted.
