Number of Overlapping Workdays in Two Date Ranges

For each record in my table, I have a Start_Date and an End_Date. These dates define a period of performance for each record. Fiscal Quarter 1 begins on 7/1/2019 and ends on 9/30/2019. FQ2 begins on 10/1/2019 and ends on 12/31/2019. FQ3 begins on 1/...
