It would be really great if you could provide a Entity Relationship Diagram that will quickly and concisely communicate the structure of the Base.

I use SnagIT 4, which records a video. Then in the SnagIT editor, I can edit the video and convert to animated GIF.
If you want a free/shareware app, you can use LIceCap. It works well, just not a many features.
For any other Airtable beginners like me, you create the URL using a Formula Field type.
Airtable then recognizes that it is a valid URL, and when you click on it, it opens the web page.
