🎬 Airtable EDUser Group Event Recording Hey everyone! Thanks so much to everyone who joined our Inaugural EDUser Group meeting! We had ~40 EDU professionals in attendance, and we’re blown away by the conversations and excitement that we saw. We’re feeling inspired for future meetings, and can’t wait to continue building this user group together on the Airtable Community. Here’s what we covered: 🌟 Airtable in Education - Operational Efficiencies Use Cases Faculty Pay Process - Airtable is used to streamline and create a centralized process, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing collaboration across HR and Payroll teams. (this was my use case!) Institutional Space & Capital Project Management System - Replaced outdated processes (e.g., post-it notes) and leveraging Airtable’s automations and interfaces for record keeping, transparency and decision making across academic departments. (@Blessing_Nuga's use case) Unifying Data and Event Management - Developed a centralized hub interconnecting member records, event coordination, and reporting structures. Automation and dashboards enable real-time updates, empowering stakeholders with accurate data for informed decisions and growth. (@pwin25 Paris Winfrey's use case) ❓Q&A Session - we received some great feedback from the attendees, and here’s what we’re considering for future meeting topics: Base sharing functions and more interactive access to Airtable templates Deep Dive into Permission Management (Join the discussion in this community post!)
