Hi there! I noticed my AI agent has been analyzing my attachment for a few hours now. Just wondering if there might be a system issue today?

The prompt is extract data (Date. Amount) from receipt image.

Hm, yeah it’s happening for me as well, they just get stuck at ‘Analyzing files’, happening for OpenAI, Claude, Meta models

Airtable’s Status page indicates everything is fine though.   May want to open a support ticket to find out if they have a resolution time if the workflow’s business sensitive?

It might be stuck during the file parsing stage. Try re-uploading the image and rephrasing the prompt slightly, like “extract only text data (date, amount) from this image.” This often helps the model skip layout analysis and complete faster. Also, ensure the image isn’t too large or blurred — that can cause the agent to hang during processing.
