Is there anyone in this group who works with Airtable customer support, or anyone who has actually been able to get hold of someone there?
We’re trying to purchase several licences, but we need to do it using a corporate/government card and bulk licensing setup rather than individual user subscriptions.
Has anyone gone through this process before? Would really appreciate hearing about your experience.
We’ve been trying to reach someone from Airtable for over a month now and haven’t managed to get any response at all 😞 I genuinely love the product, but the customer support experience has been pretty terrible so far. If we can’t sort this out soon, we may have to move to another software option, which would be a shame. Thanks in advance for any advice or contacts anyone can share!
