If you’re responsible for Airtable in your company -- whether your title is admin, platform owner, ops lead, or something else -- you’ve probably run into questions like:
How do we scale Airtable across teams without creating chaos?
Where should governance come from — admins, IT, or both?
On May 21 in San Francisco, we’re hosting an in-person Airtable Governance Forum focused specifically on the challenges Airtable admins face as adoption grows inside organizations.
We’ll talk about things like:
• How companies are structuring Airtable governance as usage scales
• The evolving role of the Airtable admin vs builders and IT
• Guardrails that help teams move fast without creating a mess
• Real examples of how companies manage Airtable across hundreds (or thousands) of users
This will be a small, discussion-focused event for admins, not a typical presentation. The goal is to share experiences and learn from each other.
If you’re in the SF area, would love to have you join.

Also curious to hear from this group: What’s the hardest governance challenge you’re dealing with in Airtable right now?
