I'm unsure if this is exactly* what you're looking for but to get all the options for a multi-select field you can use the below:base.getTable("TABLENAME").getField("FIELDNAME").options.choices;
I'd give anything for this. As others have said, this makes no sense to generate an interface and then not allow others to use it. It's very confusing.
