What determined the field order and hidden status of fields when adding to a record to a linked table cell.
I’ve created a view with my key data entry fields at the start and all other fields hidden. I’ve specified that the linked record uses that view. That effective filters my records.
However, when I create a new record (add new record) at the bottom of the linked record selection screen, the field order and field status is NOT represented.
This is a significant issue. I am restructuring a large complex base and users have to scroll all over the record to find their data entry fields.
Is there any way for me to control this?

I’ve found that this was answered here:
I wish it was based on the view used in the linked reference - which seems to make more sense to me. We have different data entry needs based on when/how a record is referenced.
