Bonsoir la Communauté, voilà mon problème : dans ma table “Membre” j’ai le champ (type Date) = Date_Naissance et le champ (type formule : DATETIME_PARSE(DATESTR(DATEADD(DATETIME_PARSE(DAY(Date_Naissance) & "/" & MONTH(Date_Naissance) & "/" & YEAR(TODAY()), "DD/MM/YYYY"), 0, "days")),"YYYY-MM-DD") ) qui me calcule le jour de l’anniversaire du membre. Jusque là tout va super bien, cela fonctionne très bien. Maintenant je veux créer une automatisation qui dit : quand un membre fête son anniversaire on envoie un mail. J’ai également le champ “Mail” (type Email) dans ma table. Je choisis : Automatisation personnalisée et au test tout est ok Le problème vient du mail : J’avoue que je suis perdue là et votre aide me serait bien précieuse. Merci la communauté !!

TV/Film Call Sheet Page Design

Hello, I’ve created a database that essentially allows me to create a call sheet (sample here) using the page design app. I currently have two tables: Call sheet table - lists the date as the main column. For each date, I have information such as the location, linked crew member, status etc. Crew table - this table lists each person’s name in the main column. There’s a linked record to the dates they’re working in the call sheet table, their email, cell, and role. I’d also like to add a column for the call time, but that will vary based on the date. On Tuesday their call time might be 9:00am but on Wednesday it’s 8:30am. Since each crew member in linked to several call sheet dates, one person may be linked to 2-4 different days of work on set. The time that people need to report to set each day varies. I’m trying to figure out a way, in the crew tab, to assign a call time for each person for each shoot day that they are assigned. Are commenters really free on Business plan? Trying to confirm before switching

Hi everyone, I’m currently on the Team plan, and I was under the impression that commenter users were free. But after adding someone as a commenter, I noticed in the workspace settings that they were listed under billable users. That confused me, so I started searching the community — and I found posts confirming that commenters are billed on the Team plan. I'm now exploring other options, and I came across this in the Airtable support documentation for the Business plan: “The following collaborator permissions on the self-serve Business plans are billable: Editor, Creator, Owner.” What I’m trying to confirm is:👉 Is this 100% accurate – that on the Business plan, I would only be billed for Editors, Creators, and Owners, and that Commenters and Viewers are free? In my case, I’m the only Editor/Owner, and I just need to invite a few commenters, who would only access the base through Interfaces (they don’t need full base access).So the difference in pricing would be significant, and I wa

Search Records from make.com returns *sometimes* the original URL instead of the airtable URL of an image

Hi all, I have a very strange behaviour with Airtable attachments together with make.com In a loop in make,com, I create 4 images using FLUX. I upload the generated images using "Create a record" module together with some other data (attachment column type) The images are correctly uploaded to the Airtable. Later in the same scenario I use the “Search records” module in order to retrieve the 4 rows with the images The rows and data are retrieved correctly but in *some* cases (this can’t be reproduced) the returned data for one of the images contains only the ID and the original URL (that I used to upload the image) instead of the Airtable data with the airtable URL and the thumbnails, etc.. See the screenshots: The first one shows the Create Record and the circled field contains the URL for the upload The second shows the wrong result for one image (yellow) and the correct result for another (green) The thirds shows the output bundles which make it obvious that there’s a difference. Now I cannot change my username in the community here??

I used to have a “cool” username, now it changed and there’s no way to change it even though I was/am a rank of “5-Automation Innovator”. IT says you have to be above rank 3- Contributor level 3. Then I should be able to navigate to : Settings>Personal>username to change it but it does not exist in settings?

Locking an embedded calendar view?

The view that this embed is looking at is filtered correctly- when i open the view in AT, it should the exact dates. Multiple Names from lookup list versus only once

Hello, I have a base that has a Campaigns and Deliverables table. There is one Campaign which could have many deliverables. Each deliverable could have one owner. We want the Campaigns table to have a lookup that shows all of the owners for the deliverables. Unfortunately, if someone has multiple deliverables they own it reports their campaign twice in the lookup column. Is there a way to dedupe or only show the owners name once versus the same name multiple times? Thanks, Victor

Linking multiple fields in a single column

Hi all, New to AirTable and have been trying to create a grid where one of the columns needs to be linked to a different record on a row-to-row basis. I have been able to link one record in the column but have found it difficult to add a 2nd record for the next row. Is it even possible to do this in AirTable? For example: Row 1 - Column A Links to one record Row 2 Column A links to a second record Hope this information is clear, happy to try and clarify if it would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Airtable + emails. What are your issues, solutions and bottlenecks?

Hello everyone 👋 I've been working with airtable for years as a consultant and user, but have never been active in the community - that's about to change. I'm super interested in anything to do with airtable and emails as I keep seeing a few challenges: The challenge of receiving and tracking email responses. Replies to emails sent via Airtable end up in the void instead of the shared inbox Record limits quickly become a problem when saving emails as records Threading issue when parsing emails and creating records in Airtable As I'm thinking of clever ways to solve these problems, I'm eager to hear feedback from the community. Restore confirmation message to delete reccord

Hello, I accidentaly misclicked the button “do not show this message again” when the confirmation message to delete a reccord appeared. I would like to restore it please. Filter attachment field - workaround for filenames 'does not contain'...?

Is there a non-scripting way to filter out specific filenames from an attachment field? Interface look up field displaying jackets of manuscripts. Want to show all images bar those with the filename “Placeholder.png” Had hoped for an “Only include linked records where ‘Jacket’ ‘filenames does not contain’ but missing that one. Or a formula where I can use FILTER into a second field but still display an image? Didn’t want to use scripting as want to keep as a look up but maybe I’m missing something? Any ideas appreciated!

Pre-filled form after entering data

Hi 😊 I need help with the form…🙄I have a table "Absences" created in Airtable, where employees can report paid vacation using the form. I also have a column "Remaining paid vacation days" created in Airtable using a formula, in which the employer can see what the balance of the employee's paid vacation is. I would like to add a field to the form that will be displayed while filling out the form (If the employee selects their name from the employees in the form and selects Vacation type-Paid vacation, a pre-filled field showing the data from the table: How many days of paid vacation the employee has left will appear). Default Values in Forms

Is there a way to add default values to forms where when clicking into the field, the default values disappear? As in, I would like to input an example of the information I’m looking for, and then when the user clicks into the field, they type as if there was nothing there.

Can Airtable brading be removed yet on embedded views?

Checking on if there is an update on this, as most posts about it are many years old. Can the airtable branding be removed from an embedded calendar? It seems none of the alternatives that I’m aware of can customize the visible days the way airtable can. Softr can do a week view (7 days with the weekend, or 5 days no weekend. Miniextensions can only do the whole month. Neither softr nor miniextensions can do the colorcoding. Is there a workaround for this yet?

Comparaison de deux champs multivaleur

Bonjour, j’ai besoin d’un coup de pouce…J’ai deux champs C et P liés à une table N. J’ai besoin de vérifier si les valeurs du champs P sont bien inclues dans le champs C. Dans ces champs les valeurs peuvent être entrées dans des ordres différents. Le résultat serait par exemple le remplissage d’un champ “TEST” renseigné automatiquement “OK” si vrai et “NON OK” si faux. Je n’y arrive pas que ce soit avec une formule ou un script. En essayant aussi les lookup et rool up. Bref je me noie… Auriez-vous une méthode claire à me donner ? Merci de votre aide. Si possible je cherche une solution sans automatisation.Chris

Building Cost Savings Report

Roll Up Field Reference Record

Hi there. I’m pretty new to airtable and am having an issue with something that feels like it should be quite simple so I am assuming I am missing something obvious. I have a Product table linked to a Product Bundle table. In a single record in the Product Bundle table I have multiple linked records from inventory from name, cost roll-up, quantities etc… Works great. One thing that would be super handy is to find the individual item that is linked from the Product table with the closest expiry date. At the moment I am able to use a roll-up max value field to find the earliest expiry date but I cannot figure out how to reference the record name that it belongs to. For reference, I have 10-20 products linked in one bundle and the expiration determines how I will sell the particular product or if I can at all. So, by finding the record with the earliest expiry date, I can replace that item or order new stock. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance, Erica
