Has anyone successfully engaged with the Airtable sales team via email? I have a publicly hosted logo with a URL that I’m adding to my automated email using <img src=” “>. When I generate a preview, it seems to be working correctly: However, once I actually send the email, the logo doesn't populate and just shows the image icon: Can someone help and tell me how to fix this?

Hello guys, this error always comes up when I'm trying to add data using a pop up form on an interface level: Worker responded with {errorCode} for {path}, {action}, {modelClassName} (Please see the First Image)Also when I'm trying to add data manually on the backend, an error message also pops up (please see second image). I've been trying to get in touch with Airtable sales for over a month regarding upgrading to an Enterprise plan for my company but haven't received any responses. I've submitted the contact form multiple times but no one has has emailed me still. Is there a contact email I can reach out to instead?

hi dear folks, I’m wondering, if I build the Base according to a specific project, once this project has been completed, how could I archive it? For instance, if I start from a Base on “house hunting”, after serval months, when I found the house, literally I shall not use this base anymore, it is no longer make sense to keep it on the workspace as well, and what’s the solution for the archive it in the local disk? Or do I need to archive it? Thanks for any pieces of advice.

Is there a way to export the structure of a table to csv, JSON, etc.? Specifically, I’m looking for a way to export information about a table, not the data itself. Some method that will give me an output like field 2 is long text, field 3 is lookup, field 4 is date, field 5 is single select, etc.

I'd like to have a changelog, ideally in Slack, that gets added to whenever a base, table, or field is created or deleted, and whenever a field name or type is changed. However, I couldn't find any functionality to allow this. Has anyone found a workaround for it? Thanks!

Hi, I'm approaching launch for my first Airtable application, a support/ERP/CRM system for my wife's business (two users currently planned). Is there an agreed upon best practise how to launch a production version but yet be able to continue developing the application? I have little real experience in application management, although I have managed some LAMP applications with SQL updates and diffing PHP. I thought I would keep the current base as PROD, make a back-up of it and assign that a DEV role and continue developing new stuff there. But how to migrate changes from DEV to PROD? Rgds, Björn

I have two linked tables on a field called “customer”. This works great for issue tracking, because I can add a customer to a specific issue and know who needs to be followed up about it, or quickly get their current status. I’d like to group by the Customer field. However when I set this grouping up, it treats the following as separate groupings: A B B, A B, A, C and so on. Is there a way to view the grouped view so all of Customer A’s associated issues will show up under Customer A, rather than 1 under A, 1 under B, A and 1 under B, A, C?

I’m currently a Pro user and I’m considering an upgrade to Enterprise. I’d like to know if the following workflow is possible with Enterprise. A billable collaborator creates a form for a Base in their Enterprise Workspace. The billable collaborator shares the form with a non-billable collaborator from their domain. The non-billable collaborator accesses the form, authenticating with SSO prior to seeing the actual form fields. The non-billable collaborator submits the filled form, and their user ID is passively submitted along with the other form values. (I suppose this ID would be the email address they used to authenticate with SSO.) A billable collaborator can see the new record (with the ID of the user who submitted it) in a grid view. Reasoning: I’d like many individuals from my organization to participate in data collection and entry but want to restrict administrative access to a small team. The number of potential participants is around 300, and I’d prefer not to have to pay th

Hi guys, I'm trying to connect Airtable with Make. My Make.com module is returning "Status Code Error: 403" and I can't connect up my Airtable. I initially had it working and then created some new bases, so I generated a new Personal Access Token. Not working. Have tried different permissions. Logging out, logging in (I know). Etc. Any suggestions?

I have a table where you can chose a proposal number and in another column you can add an amount. In another table (linked to the first one) I want to be able to chose a specific proposal number and sum all the amounts related to that specific proposal number. In the second table I have a rollup but it only includes the first amount associated to the proposal number. For example if a specific proposal has 4 entries (same proposal number but 4 different amounts on 4 rows) it only includes the first amount and omits the rest. Any thoughts on why this is? Thanks!

Hi there, when I sync’d my Airtable to my Google Drive, it automatically sync’d with My Drive. Is there a way to sync it in a Shared Drive or to a specific folder within the Shared Drive? Thanks in advance for any feedback!
