Hi everyone, we’re trying to hire someone to level up our Airtable setup and would love advice from people here who’ve scaled this kind of stack. Our setup today:multiple Airtable bases 500k+ records frequent archival work ~50 daily users integrations with Stacker, Zapier, Make, n8n, Supabase, and PolytomicAt this point, our challenge is less about building fast and more about building a solid architecture that scales and stays maintainable. We’re debating between profiles like:low-code builders backend/systems-minded engineers implementation consultantsFor those who’ve seen this done well, what type of person would you hire? This is being reposted.Hi Airtable Community,I’m looking for an experienced senior Airtable systems architect to help establish a clean, scalable foundation for an early-stage platform.I’ve begun development but am now looking to bring in someone who can properly structure and execute Phase 1.Phase 1 Objective: Create a functional onboarding and data foundation that supports user signup, access, and future expansion.Phase 1 Scope: • Design a scalable Airtable base structure (users, onboarding, content access)• Build a working signup flow (form → Airtable → email capture)• Integrate with existing landing pages for onboarding and access• Ensure the system is clean, organized, and ready to scaleWhat success looks like: • A fully working signup/onboarding flow• Clean, understandable Airtable structure• Clear path for future expansion without reworkWhat I’m looking for: • Strong systems thinking (architecture, not just table setup)• Experience with onboarding flows and integrations• Ability
Looking for an Airtable systems architect who wants to help build something from the ground up—for the right reasons. We’re starting with a limited budget. This isn’t a high-paying contract. It’s an early-stage effort driven by purpose, not profit. We’re a civilizational artifact to be presented as a book to the global audience, and need help creating the foundational system to introduce it: Airtable connected to a website to support onboarding, access to content, and simple contributions/donations. That’s where it begins. From there, it grows. The vision expands into a virtual/digital platform over time—publishing, participation, community systems, and more. The person who steps in now won’t just be executing tasks—they’ll be helping shape what this becomes as it evolves. Compensation will evolve over time as the project evolves. We’re looking for someone who:• Is comfortable working initially with limited funds.• Believes in contributing to something meaningful beyond compensation alone
We are seeking a consultant to assist in designing and implementing a unified system to manage household repair construction program workflows from intake to project closeout, contractor engagement, and compliance reporting across multiple funding sources. Hi everyone! I'm Vaibhav — I run a small no-code agency and I've been building Airtable systems for 4+ years, mostly for US-based startups, founders, and operations-heavy businesses. My Upwork profile has the full picture (97% Job Success, Top Rated, 43 completed projects) but the short version is: I help people turn messy spreadsheets and manual processes into clean, automated systems they actually enjoy using. What I work on most:Airtable base design — CRMs, operations databases, inventory systems, hiring pipelines Automations via Make.com, Zapier, and native Airtable Airtable + Softr combos — client portals, internal dashboards, role-based access tools Integrations with Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, DocuSign, and more Interface Designer — building views that real users (not just admins) actually want to openA few recent things I've built: a courier tip automation system connecting Softr, Airtable, Make.com and Stripe; a non-profit community marketplace; and a full selle

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for my next long-term role as an Airtable Specialist / Operations Manager.I have extensive experience working with American startups and firms, focusing on: Custom Scripting: Writing internal code to solve complex business logic. Airtable AI: Implementing native AI to supercharge manual workflows. Advanced Automations: Building seamless syncs between Airtable and the rest of the tech stack. Hello! I’m looking for my next opportunity (Full-time/Part-time/Contract). Coding custom scripts within Airtable to handle complex logic and API integrations. Airtable’s latest AI features to summarize data and automate decision-making. I’m looking for someone to help a knitting factory here in the UK upgrade their Airtable setup.About eight years ago, I built their Airtable base. It worked great at the time, and they were really happy with it. Then, as they grew, they decided to switch to a more specialised enterprise system because it promised better machine integration. The idea was to slowly migrate everything over to the new system, but it needed quite a bit of tweaking to actually fit how they worked.Fast forward to now, and they’ve realised the new system isn’t really working as promised and desperately want to move back to Airtable. The only issue is that I’m too busy to take on more work myself, and their old Airtable system is quite antiquated. So they asked me to help them find someone solid who could pick up where I left off. There’s definitely a structure that can be reused. Since the other system never fully got up and running, some things, like material stocks, are still in Airtable. But what I initially b
Have a gameshow production (semi-professional/educational demo) for digital arts career pathway program high school class in Southern California. Producer/instructor is a 30+ year veteran TV gameshow producer in the US and UK with a background in computer programming and game design. He is my client and I am trying to pull this component of the production together at the 11th hour with our taping scheduled for early September. We’ve already used Airtable to map out a lot of game structure and populate some test data. There are major functional concerns though including data validation and utilizing the data for realtime stage ques, contestant data interfaces, on-stage visuals, or on-screen events in post-production. We need someone that can adapt our Airtable base into a functional, interactive, multi-user gaming system. Or, at this late stage, at least a quick and dirty backend that we can push the necessary information out to where it needs to go, even with brute force. We’ve conside
Hi, We’re currently running our business using a software package called Squeegee, but we’ve reached the point where it doesn’t allow us to scale effectively. We’re now looking to build stronger internal systems using Airtable and modern automation tools. The goal is to move away from software limitations and create structured, scalable processes that automate individual tasks wherever possible. At this stage, we’d really value an initial phone call to discuss requirements and explore whether there’s a good fit. Ultimately, we’re looking to build a long-term relationship with the right person, ideally on a retainer basis, where work can be carried out as and when required. If this sounds of interest, please let me know your availability for a short call to discuss our requirements and a brief overview of your experience with similar system builds.
Hola buenos días. Empezamos semana y curiosamente no se carga Aitable. ALguien más con este problema???
Hi Airtable community!!I run a home staging company based in Boston and I’m looking to hire an experienced Airtable specialist to help me architect and implement a smarter inventory system that connects cleanly to the rest of my business.I have sent a few submissions to people already listed on the Service Partner Page, but I am looking for someone 1:1 to build an ongoing relationship with who can truly advise me on this first goal of getting inventory system in place and then building other uses for it within Airtable. High-level goal:I want my inventory to live natively in Airtable and be easy to select, track, and deploy across projects, rooms, and timelines, without manual duplication or clunky workarounds. I also want my team to be able to scan QR codes so that the inventory is directed to those projects.Current setup and thinking:• Inventory images are stored in Google Drive and already integrated with Airtable• Each item has images, categories, and usage across multiple projects
Make.com + Airtable Deal Intake Implementation (Offshore Preferred)ProjectWe are an investment firm implementing a deal intake and triage workflow using Make.com and Airtable. We already have a detailed internal spec; your job is to implement and harden it, not design from scratch. What we’re building A single intake pipeline that captures new deals from multiple sources (email forwards, forms, manual CRM entries) via a Make.com webhook. A normalization and de‑duplication layer that: Cleans core fields (company name, domain, etc.). Checks Airtable for an existing deal based on company/domain. Two main flows in Make.com: New deals Enrich company data. Call AI to structure messy input into a clean JSON “deal object”. Score mandate fit and suggest next step. Create the deal in Airtable, log the intake event, assign an owner, and send notifications. Existing deals Enrich/refresh. Re‑score via AI. Update the existing deal
