I had Omni create a custom interface for me. It went through all the steps, and according to omni it is done. But my interface page is still not loading after an hr. I tried this twice with the same resultsl
I am the owner of a Pro Account. I have no Omni in the left sidebar of my base, even though I have enabled AI in the settings of the Airtable account. I have looked everywhere and there is no way to integrate this feature. Please help.
If you have been using Omni to build interfaces which I love, I’m curious if anyone else has had this problem:Whenever I want to use a field that is a linked field (a person record from another table for example), this never displays on an Omni-built interface. I always have to build a formula field that copies the content (essentially to plain text) and use that field in my interface for it to work properly.Anyone else finding this?
I am so happy and excited about the abilities for Omni to code a custom interface page and to make a custom extension and host as a page. but I am having a ton of difficulties and challenges in figuring out how to do what I want to do—even with cursor help. I want to create a custom interface page with the extensions that act like a normal list view but has an improved/optimized record detail view that includes the flexibility features I want for building interfaces pages. here is what I want to do, and I am hoping to have some guidance or help for record viewer Floating/static Header control + adding a “status field” to the right of the header that also floats Making groups able to collapse and expand on title Pagination or tabs that I can custom organize, name and assign groups and/or fields to to make long record detail pages, shorter I have tried and tried again. But all the Omni produced pages are incredibly buggy and impossible to tweak and don’t have the functionality. and I
I am just starting with Airtable and have created a tables of Jobs, Crew, and Crew Assignments. I am trying to show where we have assigned the same crew member to multiple jobs where the dates overlap. To me it seemed like a simple ask, but maybe not.I could do it mathematically if I knew enough about Airtable to know where to do the coding, but, I’m trying to use the AI as it is intended. Here is some info: I asked Omni:Can you give me a field list for the Assignment table?Omni response:Assignment Table Field ListHere are all the fields in the Assignments table: Core Assignment Fields: Assignment id - Auto-number (Primary field) Job - Linked to Jobs table Crew Member - Linked to Crew table Assignment Start Date - Date field Assignment End Date - Date field Travel Date Fields: Travel To Date - Date field Travel From Date - Date field Lookup Fields from Jobs: Job Start Date - Looked up from Job Job End Date - Looked up from Job Job Type - Looked up from Job
Hello, I've built my site and linked my forms from the backend and captured in AirTable perfectly. This forms contain data from buyers/sellers landlord/renters(property field), I want to know if Omni can assist me in creating a matching feature so I can link buy-sell or landlord-renter requests that come in with certain perimeters which then matches and creates a new set of data, that i can follow up with. Is this possible?
I’ve been playing with Omni. I asked it to merge two multi-select columns. It created an AI field, which didn’t solve my needs. I asked it to undo and it could not. I can’t find one of the merge fields. I’m pretty sure I didn’t delete it. Which makes me think Omni is not super safe in terms of preventing data loss.Maybe I am imagining things. Has anyone else accidentally blown away data while using? Thanks!
