Hello - We are creating a way to track social media posts for our clients. Clients will ask us to make a certain number of social media posts on their behalf, we then want to keep track of how many social media posts have been made and how many are still required for each client contract. Here are the two tables we have created Social Media Posts Created - Airtable - Content overview Social Media Contracts (requests) - Airtable - All content and requests I’m new to Airtable, so this may be a simple formula, but any help would be appreciated.

I’ve built a database of grants and funding opportunities, and a survey that asks users the questions to determine their eligibility for the various grants. I have a table that lists the grants and how the various questions have to be answered to determine eligibility. I’d like to create a table that populates which grants a survey respondent is eligible for when a survey response is submitted. How would I go about doing that? My first thought is that it would be a formula, ie if Survey Q1=X, Survey Q2= Y and Survey Q3 = Z, Awesome Grant = Eligible, Awesome Grant = Not Eligible. But Airtable doesn’t allow formulas across tables. Then I thought an automation, or a junction table, but neither of these seem to be the answer when I dig deeper. So, rather than struggle for another couple of days, help?

Hello, I have built a table with links to spotify, Instagram, twitter and tik tok and I also include the number of followers of each of the artists in the table. I update this data by hand and I would like to know if there is a way to automate this update or to do it on demand for a previously selected group of artists. Thank you!

How would I create an automation that whenever a record is created it should generate a PDF from my page designer extension, and place it in an attachment field - in that record.

I’ve been spending all week looking at Airtable and trying out options. I’m very impressed and excited to use its features. I’m also impressed with this forum. Many knowledgeable people here. I am needing some help and I think those more experienced might be able to point me in the right direction. I don’t mind putting in the hard work and learning it, but this is so robust I don’t know how best to start. To give some context, I design t-shirts. I currently have about 500 live designs between three different POD’s (Print-on-Demand) companies. I plan to start scaling up to around 2000 (or more) designs this year and I foresee Airtable really helping me stay organized. I only need to worry about design and uploading the artwork. They handle all the printing, ordering, shipping, etc. That means I can create one art file and use that same file for several different t-shirt printing platforms. I don’t have to worry about tracking multiple files of the same design.

when i use the interface (not editing pages, but actually use the interface) it is really slowi have around 3 bases and interfaces that are my company main bases and we use them dailythey are slow, to load up a list of records (10-20 records, filtered from a 5K records table) takes 4-5 seconds, this make my work lagalso, search by one term is slowmoving between interface pages is slow, each page take at least 3 seconds to load not to mention the mobile app… is it fixable? is it just the way it is?

Hey. Thank you in advance or your help on connecting data between two tables. Linked records does not seem to apply here, but maybe I’m missing something. I am using Airtable to track disciplinary data for a school. We have two tables, one to track Pink Slips, and a second to track historical Disciplinary Cases. The first table “Pink Slips”, is where new pink slips are entered, using a primary field of a sequential ID assigned by Airtable for each new pink slip. One of the fields in this table is “Student ID”. The second table, “Cases” contains a historical record of all disciplinary cases (some resulting from pink slips), akin to a court case, with all data related to the resulting actions, dates, etc… The primary field in this table is “CaseID”. All of the data in the “Cases” table is imported from a school database, and also contains a “StudentID” field. For reasons that i would rather not get into, the two tables cannot be merged into one. Why can't I edit the title of some fields in a form? I can edit some of the field titles and not others.

Hi,I am sure you will all tell me to simply build my web form in Airtable and connect it to my website. ( I dont know how to do this). I have a web form with fields in it on the web site ( fluent forms on WP) . I have got a token and connected to Airtable but i do not know how i can use the fields in the web form to create the fields in the Airtable base?any help will be gratefully received. ash 

My team recently inherited responsibly for the admin of an 850 seat Airtable enterprise license.We’re not an IT team; we’re just enthusiastic end users of Airtable, so we’re new to being admins.My question: is it possible to determine who gave out an editor license?When I go into the admin panel and hover over someone who was just upgraded, I get messages like:“[user name] was Editor on base [base name] on [date]” “[user name] was Creator on base [base name] on [date]” “[user name] made edits to workspace [workspace name] on [date]Is this telling me their last activity in Airtable?Is there a way to figure out who gave out the editor license they’re using?Thanks

Hi everyone,I’m looking to develop an Airtable extension that relies on some wasm library loaded by the extension script, and some Web Workers started asynchronously on user request (NOT background or service workers, just plain WebWorkers). The wasm scripts are loaded using standard `WebAssembly.instantiateStreaming` API. Does anyone know if there are any surprising sandboxing limitations imposed by Airtable extension architecture for this?

Is it my impression or the latest version of the SDK removed support for defining a table as a custom parameter? My extension reads data from another table as support for that has been recently added. In order to avoid hardcoding things, I was allowing users to select a table. This was supported  (see link below). However, the latest version of the SDK does not seem to support that. (^0.0.0-experimental-e7419444f-20251120). I’ve updated my code so the parameter is now just a string. It seems to be working. A couple months back, I asked for help deleting lines of text beginning with the word ‘Highlight’ and was given this great formula: REGEX_REPLACE({Hook},".*Highlight.*\\n\n?","") It has been a huge time-saver but something I forgot to ask with my original question is if there is a way to add a blank line/line break where those lines were. I am wondering how one might create fully dynamic filtering of linked records in a single field in a conditional form in Softr.My boss had designed a database for a client with separate fields for different linked records for different user attributes. For example, we had a user attributes table that spanned age range, income, demographics, etc. To make each option in these categories show up only for specific fields, he disaggregated them into their own fields on a user, allowing an individual to use Softr and make selections exclusive to the attribute type. For example, salary ranges would only show up in the income field, racial information on demographics, etc.Now, we want to move all the attributes into one field and filter by the attribute type, so have all the options in one field and have it look into the linked record to filter by category. 30-40k (category: income level) next to Asian American (category: demographics) next to Works in service category

Hello, I have a Airtable Table that sorts different records by release date. I want to be able to manually re-order the different records that have the same release date (as many of them do) but for some reason I can't figure out how to do that? I've tried to turn off automatic sorting and then manually re-arrange my records but as soon as I turn automatic sorting back on, it overwrites my changes. Anybody got a fix or insight for this?

I’m trying to work out if I can create an automation to do multiple tasks or if they all have to be separate (which might max out my allowance)…I have a table which tracks my book contracts. Each contract may have up to 5 titles on it and each title could be produced in up to 6 editions.  I’d like an automation that creates a record in my edition table for each planned edition…So,Test title 1 HardbackTest tile 1 PaperbacketcI can get this to work if each automation is separate but feel like there should be a way to group it somehow. However, at the moment when I try to create a chain it comes up as ‘otherwise’ so it doesn’t run the paperback if there is a hardback. What am I missing?

I'm currently doing it manually but it drains my time.I'm wondering if anyone has found a good way to automate this process. I've been looking at a tool called the Pitchbook Investors Scraper on Apify, which seems like it could work, but I'm curious if there are any other solutions out there.I'd love to hear how you're using Airtable to manage your deal flow and any tips you have for automating the data entry process. Hello all,I'm working on an automation that was working prior. Now when i changed fields on other tables (added lookups and notes that are not in automation) that were affecting it stopped working.I was working on a backup and I restored it back to normal and still not working.After running some test I see that the first step that is create record its not populating, therefore when I link back to that record it doesn't recognize it. None of those fields were changed but I did add lookups to that table and deleted a few fields that weren't necessary.I went back to revision history to see if I'm missing something but everything seems to be the same and now I cant link records. don't know what to do.Also the webpage asked me to refresh several times.The testing was working on the main CRM and when it stopped working on the backup it stopped working on the main as well (where I wasn't working at the moment)
