Hey all!  I work in higher education, and we use Airtable to do a lot of our forms and petitions. When students submit these forms, we require them to include their unique 10-digit student ID.  I am trying to do two main things: Whenever a form is submitted, the ID number is checked. If the ID number has not been used in a form submission before, it creates a “student profile” in a new table.  All forms that are submitted with the same ID number are grouped under the same “student profile” so that our colleagues using the interface will be able to see all forms submitted by a student.  Does anyone have any advice? 

Only 57 out of 98 columns are loaded through the query HERE in Power BI. Does anyone know how can this be fixed?

I have 20 project managers. Every Monday i need to email each of them independently their list of jobs that meet specific criteria they need to take action on. A couple months back, I asked for help deleting lines of text beginning with the word ‘Highlight’ and was given this great formula: REGEX_REPLACE({Hook},".*Highlight.*\\n\n?","") It has been a huge time-saver but something I forgot to ask with my original question is if there is a way to add a blank line/line break where those lines were. I have a form where respondents need to be able to select a topic and then see the draft definition of that topic. The problem is that the definitions are long and I cannot figure out how to make the form show the entire definition. I’ve included screen caps below.Is there a way to resize the field space that is offered in a form so that the longer text is visible?  

I’m trying to build an automation so that if I put ‘Regular’ in the ‘type’ column in the bookings table it will automatically populate the ‘populate issues’ column in the same table with all the entries in a list (‘issue date’) from the ‘Issues’ table. I can’t work out how to build this automation and get a ‘Received invalid inputs’ error. Can anyone help?

Quick question / feature request: Would it be possible to make the Calendar view in Interfaces scrollable (vertically or horizontally), instead of navigating month by month using the arrows? An infinite scroll would make it much easier to:  View multiple months at once Drag and reschedule calendar items several weeks or months ahead (e.g. 1–2 months forward)

In the left view column I have created forms. I also see that at the top of the page there is a row of links; Data, Automation, Interface, Forms. My question is should the forms created in View be duplicated in Forms or are they separate functions?Thank you if you can help.

My team recently inherited responsibly for the admin of an 850 seat Airtable enterprise license.We’re not an IT team; we’re just enthusiastic end users of Airtable, so we’re new to being admins.My question: is it possible to determine who gave out an editor license?When I go into the admin panel and hover over someone who was just upgraded, I get messages like:“[user name] was Editor on base [base name] on [date]” “[user name] was Creator on base [base name] on [date]” “[user name] made edits to workspace [workspace name] on [date]Is this telling me their last activity in Airtable?Is there a way to figure out who gave out the editor license they’re using?Thanks

I'm getting a pop-up saying "This form was upgraded" when I edit one of my forms.  I've tried both options it gives me, but I can't get the message to stop popping up.  It's unclear what to do.

i keep getting ‘Invalid permissions, or the requested model was not found. Check that both your user and your token have the required permissions, and that the model names and/or ids are correct.‘This error from n8n. any idea how to fix it?

I'm creating an athlete database. I want to create a column that shows where an athlete ranks, for various metrics, relative to everyone else. For example, let's say someone is 6'9" tall and that puts the athlete in the top 2% of all the athletes in the database. How can I calculate that for that athlete (and every other athlete)? Is that possible?

How would I create an automation that whenever a record is created it should generate a PDF from my page designer extension, and place it in an attachment field - in that record.

when i use the interface (not editing pages, but actually use the interface) it is really slowi have around 3 bases and interfaces that are my company main bases and we use them dailythey are slow, to load up a list of records (10-20 records, filtered from a 5K records table) takes 4-5 seconds, this make my work lagalso, search by one term is slowmoving between interface pages is slow, each page take at least 3 seconds to load not to mention the mobile app… is it fixable? is it just the way it is?

Hey. Thank you in advance or your help on connecting data between two tables. Linked records does not seem to apply here, but maybe I’m missing something. I am using Airtable to track disciplinary data for a school. We have two tables, one to track Pink Slips, and a second to track historical Disciplinary Cases. The first table “Pink Slips”, is where new pink slips are entered, using a primary field of a sequential ID assigned by Airtable for each new pink slip. One of the fields in this table is “Student ID”. The second table, “Cases” contains a historical record of all disciplinary cases (some resulting from pink slips), akin to a court case, with all data related to the resulting actions, dates, etc… The primary field in this table is “CaseID”. All of the data in the “Cases” table is imported from a school database, and also contains a “StudentID” field. For reasons that i would rather not get into, the two tables cannot be merged into one.
