I’m struggling with styling in my extension. I can see in the browser Airtable defines over a hundred theme constants useful for styling elements. I want to import these into my own style.css so I can refer to them, but I can’t find a way to do so.I have found useColorScheme() and other ways to access theme constants within typescript, but I don’t want to style everything programmatically. If I want to style in CSS, am I obliged to maintain my own list of constants?

I’d like to have a progress bar (from a percentage field) on displaying the live progress on our website. I’m having a surprisingly hard time finding tool that will actually allow me to do this. Obviously I can do it by embedding an interface, but I only need (and want) the progress bar from the specific record embedded. Airtable interfaces aren’t customisable enough to remove the extra fluff.There must be a third party tool that can turn a simple piece of data into progress bar - any pointers for a tool to try? Softr could do it, but unfortunately the embed block option is at a higher subscription tier than we can justify. $139/mo is a bit pricey to display a progress bar.
I have numbers 00001 to 00014, but have not listed the numbers from 00015 to 00200 yet because I to update photos with a watermark. However, I have records from 00200 onward updated and on the website. Is there a way to include 00015 to 00200 as empty records to maintain the sequence of autonumbering then input the record for 00201 and continue? I hope this makes sense. thanks Linda

Hi, I have about 50 task fileds that each have a status. They can be marked as Assigned, In Progress, Complete, Question for Supervisor, Question for Administrator. Each field is a multiple select field, because sometimes there is a question for both the supervisor and the administrator. I have a view for the supervisor and a view for the administrator that are each filtered to only show tasks that have a question for them. Hi, I’m new to using Airtable. I create a Gantt view when I set up dependencies between some milestones. I noticed that in my Gantt view when I have milestone that is dependent on another milestone, even if I move the first milestone it does not affect the milestone that is dependent on it. however, when a milestone is dependent on a task that has a duration, the change is reflected.Milestone 2 depends on Milestone 1 After moving Milestone1 one day later , Milestone 2 remains due for the 25th. I expected it to move 1 day later

I have a decent sized based we’re using as a CRM. Every entry is tagged with a representative’s name in a single select field. Over time, some reps have come and gone, and I don’t want to have their names available to select for new enteries, but I don’t want to lose the data of who made previous entries. What I really wish I could do is toggle certain single select options on and off, but I don’t believe I can do that without losing the formatting that we have now, which is helpful. Anyone know a way around this? Screen shot below of what I’m trying to achieve. I do not want to use an interface to resolve this problem, as my team typically does not use interfaces that are built for them! Thanks for any advice you all might have!
Hello guys, I would appreciate it if I could get some help on this. So the context is that I have two tables. 1 table is for quotation (Tbl_RFQ) and another table is for when quotation is confirmed (Tbl_Confirmed). For example, an item in Tbl_RFQ may invite 3 bids (i.e., 3 records). However, only 1 bid will be selected for each item. When the winning bid is selected, new record will be created in Tbl_Confirmed. This requires an automation which I managed to do. Automation to create records in anther tableThe problem is that, most of the times, some details are not yet filled in Tbl_RFQ so it means that when new records are created in Tbl_Confirmed, some fields are missing. What I am trying to do is to link the created records in Tbl_RFQ and Tbl_Confirmed together so that if the fields in a record in Tbl_RFQ is updated then the same field in the same record will be updated as well.A simple solution may be to just create a lookup field in Tbl_Confirmed that links the two tables togethe

I’m using Airtable to organize a writing group, and I’m trying to set up an automation that will send a weekly reminder about the meeting on the day before we meet, but only to the people who opt into the reminders (who are all listed in a “Reminders List” view of my “Members” table). However, when I activate the automation, it sends multiple emails to each person on the list. How have folks set up weekly reminders to a designated group? I can’t seem to get the table’s “email” field to work as a correct input for “To” so I’ve used another airtable community post’s recommendation of the “find records” action to make a list of people needing the email...but now instead of four people each receiving the email once, each of us receives the email four times. Hello, I have a primary table of records and a secondary table to request updates to the primary table. I want a column in the secondary table that lists all of the columns in the primary table that someone could select to update. Preferably, this would be a list that is linked to the actual column names in the primary table so that the list updates if I update a column name in the primary table. Is this something that AirTable can do? TIA!
In the new form builder, can you modify the layout for more contrast (other group background colors)/larger text size like in the old one? The old one seemed to have more options to make it easier to read and follow. This current one does not seem to pass accessibility requirements as you can’t change the font and formatting of the questions and helper text as much.
I am trying to use Airtable and Softr to create a page with fund applications for individuals so that I can track which year a fund was applied for and what its status is (ongoing, granted or rejected). It is important that each fund is presented on individual lines through Softr. If you look at the picture, that is how I want it and managed to do it with Google Sheets and Softer. But I am having problems with Airtable. Does anyone have an idea how I can do it?
Is this base design possible? See image. I need to schedule a variety of sessions categories (29) across a variety of times. Each of the session categories has a varied quantity of allocations. In the photo attached, at the top you can see the session times and the rooms. In each cell is a pull-down list of the allocation type. At the bottom left in the image, you can see the allocation type and the quantity. The table at the bottom sums up the amount of time session allocation abbreviation is entered in the top table and then allows for a horizontal sum calculation.The top table would be very easy to construct. What I’m wondering is if we can make the bottom table a visible entity on the same table? It will be important to see totals as the sessions are allocated.
