Hi Airtable community! 👋I recently started playing the Letter Boxed word game (from The New York Times Games), and it sparked an idea: what if we could use Airtable to track our daily Letter Boxed puzzles, solutions, and strategies?If you’ve not played it yet, the game gives you 12 letters arranged on the sides of a square and challenges you to connect all letters using the fewest words possible — each word must start with the last letter of the previous one and can’t reuse letters from the same side consecutively. Hi,We’re looking at adding e-mail tracking (open, follow links etc) to our mails that currently are sent from Airtable with its Gmail function. This is for individual mails to leads, not bulk mailing, so no need to add any dedicated mailing services to the stack.I learnt about Paste Pixel from the community here, but now they have a notice saying they don’t take new customers when trying to sign up, and I’m getting no response on my mails.Would anybody know if Paste Pixel is still alive, or if there are other similar services? I’m familiar with BaseMailer, but their pricing seems very steep, and it may be unnecessarily complex for our current needs.We use Zapier, if that would help finding other alternatives.Rgds,Björn

I am importing records that have attachments, and that attachment can be csv or text or json  . . whatever. Airtable ai wont read it, can a script in an automation read data from an attached non image file?

i use same token on DO, Linode vps and i got error 403 on linode vps and work fine on DO vpswhat was the problem ?

I’ve recently noticed an error appearing in the developer console when running a custom block. This appears to be happening both in development and when released to the base.I am running the latest versions of both the block CLI (3.0.1) and the SDK (1.19.0). As far as I can tell, these messages are displayed when writing data back to the base, for example:table.createRecordsAsync() || table.updateRecordsAsync()Any insights into why this is happening, and how I can go about fixing the error? While writes to the base are seemingly unaffected, these messages are cluttering the console log, and if not relevant, should not be emitted to begin with. 

I’m working on a proof of concept for a product we’re releasing.  The idea is a pretty landing page that potential, existing students can sign up for a session or two.  We also want the data to be gathered and reported within AT, hence shying away from the Zoom + landing page.  Anyone setup any “cool” Airtable portals.  Would love to experiment, again for proof of concept.

Hi everyone! 👋I’m running into a weird behavior when working with Google Sheets and wanted to see if anyone here has ideas or has run into something similar.Every time I add a new row manually (or via automation), the new row is not being added at the bottom of my sheet — instead it’s always inserting at row 1257, pushing all existing rows below that down. I expected new rows to be added to the end of the data range.Here’s what I’ve noticed so far:\tThe sheet definitely has data below row 1257.\t\t\tNew rows always appear at 1257, not at the lowest existing row.\t\t\tI’m working either manually or via a script/automation (could be Apps Script/Zapier/Make/Webhook).\tHas anyone seen this happen before?Does anyone know what settings, filters, named ranges, scripts, or other quirks might cause Sheets to treat row 1257 as “the end” of the sheet?Happy to provide screenshots or more context if needed. I’ve been importing data to bases and found Airtable has been dropping entries. My CSV file has 11k+ entries yet once imported it gets cut down to 10k. Is this a limitation on Airtable’s part?I’ve been importing my CSVs through the email function. Does this have something to do with emailing data specifically? Does this only happen when you first set up the base and not when you update the data again with another email?I plan on eventually automating my email imports so I’d like to get this dealt with. I do not want my entries being dropped with any more initial imports and future automated reports.

I’m coming here after several requests to speak with Airtable regarding their recent billing changes and they are denying this request while not being transparent or clear with their billing. Very disappointed here. We’ve been Airtable users since it’s infancy for 10 years now and the biggest fans! We have LOVED Airtable, in the past they’ve been honest, transparent and provided great service. We’ve referred many of their very largest customers to Airtable and we’ve loved Airtable for many many years! Unfortunately we are no longer happy with the company or their (lack of) service. Recently I spent the time to build interfaces and set up portals for our clients. During that time I spoke to a Airtable Sales Rep and we discussed upgrading to business vs adding portals/interfaces and we determined that portals would work great for us. I specifically explained how I would be using this system, and that my clients need access to many portals. I spent MONTHS setting everything up, completely

I have three tables - Venues, Rooms, and Sessions. There is a fourth table called Working Agenda. What formula do I need to put in the Working Agenda Primary field to insert all the rooms and venues? The rooms and venues are the primary field in each of their respective tables. Do I need to add lookup fields for Venue Name and Room Name to the Working agenda? My DB have interfaces with Tally and Zapier, and they just stopped working.When I try connect it in Tally, it recognizes all DBs in my workspace, but can find no tables in the BD.Even tried duplicate the BD and rebuild the connections, but just got the same message: “No tables found”. But all tables are there, and all data’s there…Asked AI about it, and it wrote about API key and Tokens…Help, please?...

Have you made a Custom Interface Extension using extension scripting or other options? What does it do, how did you make it and show me an example of it!! 🙌 This is more about the Extensions used in Interfaces but by all means show me your extensions 😎!!

I am trying to open Airtable in Chrome but when I enter a url into a browser and hit return, the screen turns white and my Airtable is tab at the top of browser spins as though it was loading.  Then nothing happens.  The same url works on my colleagues computers no problem (by way of trouble shooting, my internet is working fine, OS and browser is up to date and running most recent version, I cleared my cache and browsing history, disabled all extensions).  I can get it to load in Safari but I want to use Chrome (I’ve set up some extensions and automations in Chrome and don’t want to leave this browser).  Not sure what to do!  

Attached is a screen shot of a small part of a schedule of conference that a large number of rooms (80) across 4 hotelsthat has numerous sessions per day over a week. I’ve used AT for many years, but I’m struggling as to the best way to design this base to get the most benefit from AT. I want to move out of the g-sheet to unable sort, group and filtering by different staff at different properties with different roles. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I did contribute a base, but it is for a different style event. I’m looking for someone to help a knitting factory here in the UK upgrade their Airtable setup.About eight years ago, I built their Airtable base. It worked great at the time, and they were really happy with it. Then, as they grew, they decided to switch to a more specialised enterprise system because it promised better machine integration.The idea was to slowly migrate everything over to the new system, but it needed quite a bit of tweaking to actually fit how they worked.Fast forward to now, and they’ve realised the new system isn’t really working as promised and desperately want to move back to Airtable.The only issue is that I’m too busy to take on more work myself, and their old Airtable system is quite antiquated. So they asked me to help them find someone solid who could pick up where I left off.There’s definitely a structure that can be reused. Greetings, has anyone heard any rumors about making it possible to access extension from Interfaces instead of having to go to Data and then Tools  and then select Extensions? It is not a really big deal but it becomes irritating and time consuming when I have to send out invoices and I have to go through all these extra clicks to get to the Pages extension where I send out my invoices via email as pdfs.Thanks, Scott

I cant understand why when i run out of AI credits I cant just buy more, and why any organisaiton is told they need to wait till the new month kicks over to be able to keep using AI. I have AI platorms I can plug in to, but I cant plug them into airtable. I am paying hundreds a month for Airtable AI but I cant buy more when it runs out? How is a bsiness supposed to run if they literally have to stop working and wait to spend more money?

I want to check Airtable automation script code for any type of vulnerabilities in the code. Is there a way I can do that? Or is there any Airtable API which exposes the script code which can help me to check the code?. I don’t want to do manual task of copying the code and checking each and everyone individually.
