A community by Airtable builders, for Airtable builders

Find your Crew.

Airtable Builder Crews bring our community together to share what they're building, swap workflows, and trade hard-won lessons. Newcomers are as welcome as seasoned pros. If you're still exploring whether Airtable is right for you, a Crew is a great place to start. Connect virtually around a use case, vertical, or industry, or in person in cities around the world.

One program, two ways to connect

Every group is a Builder Crew. Some meet online. Some meet in your city.

Most members join one of each: a virtual Crew built around what they do every day, and an in-person Crew where they live.

Virtual Crews

Around what you build β€” not where you live.

Connect with Airtable builders in your industry or function, including Marketing, Airtable Admins, Education, Media and Entertainment, Nonprofits, AI, and more. Crews organized around a shared use case, vertical, or industry.

In-person Crews

Real rooms, real builders, in your city.

Meet other Airtable builders where you live. In-person Crews gather in cities and regions around the world for workshops, demos, drinks, and the occasional hackathon. Crews organized around a shared city, region, or local community.

Lead Β· Chicago Crew
The best workflows are built through collaboration. By listening to others, sharing perspectives, and brainstorming together, we can learn from different approaches and discover better solutions. Everyone brings unique experiences to the table, and supporting one another is what makes a community of builders so powerful.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

Who can join an Airtable Builder Crew?

Any Airtable user, on any plan β€” including free. You don't need to be a power user; many of our most active members are people figuring it out. There's no application to join a Crew β€” just hit "Join."

What's the difference between virtual and in-person Crews?

They're the same program in two formats. Virtual Crews bring members together around a shared use case, function, or industry β€” Education, Marketing, Nonprofit Builders, and so on. In-person Crews bring members together around a city or region β€” New York City, London, Dublin, Vietnam β€” for meetups, workshops, and drinks. Most members join one of each.

How often do Crews meet?

Each Crew sets its own rhythm. The best way to stay in the loop is to join a Crew and subscribe to our Luma calendar β€” you'll be notified of every upcoming event.

What happens at events?

It varies. Most events include a member demo, an open Q&A, and time for unstructured conversation. Some are hands-on workshops; others are panel-style talks. In-person events almost always include food and drinks.

Can I start a Crew if one doesn't exist for my city or industry?

Yes β€” that's how most Crews got started. Leaders get program support, an event budget, a peer network of other leaders, and a direct line to the team at Airtable. If you have a community in mind, apply via the "Lead a Crew" button above.

Does Airtable run these Crews?

The program is run by the community, for the community. Airtable provides program support, an event budget, and a small team that helps leaders succeed. The events, content, and direction come from leaders and members.
