Any Airtable user, on any plan β including free. You don't need to be a power user; many of our most active members are people figuring it out. There's no application to join a Crew β just hit "Join."

It varies. Most events include a member demo, an open Q&A, and time for unstructured conversation. Some are hands-on workshops; others are panel-style talks. In-person events almost always include food and drinks.
