Hi,I’m building a weekly service planner in the new Airtable Interface (Calendar element).My setup uses:  Pradžios laikas (Start date/time) – editable date field Pabaigos laikas (skaičiuojamas) (End date/time) – a computed formula field  The interface does not allow dragging or even showing the computed end date properly.Also, I cannot find any option to limit visible working hours (e.g. 08:00–18:00) — the calendar always displays 24h. My goal:  Display a weekly calendar (for 5–6 working days) Show jobs only between 08:00–18:00 Allow visualization using a computed end date  Is there any current workaround or plan to bring back these settings to the new Interface Designer? Screenshots attached (showing the “computed field” restriction message and 24h timeline).Thanks in advance for your help!If this behavior is expected in the new Interface Designer, could you please confirm whether support for computed End Date fields and configurable working-hour ranges (e.g. 08:00–18:00) is pla

Seems like the most obvious functionality, can’t believe I had to query help pages to find out how to do this.

We have an interface where previously (before UI change) we were able to apply a filter to limit the data that was shown but now when you try to add a condition it just shows the hover “Cannot filter on fields” 

I have a Single Select field field that I want to allow users to be able to add new options too when they are in Create Form interface. Since this is not possible, are there any workarounds/alternative designs that anyone has used?My thoughts:1. Using Linked Record is also not possible, since it doesn't allow new record creation from the Create Form interface. 2. Using a text field and then automating creation of the option in Single select also is not possible since I believe it doesn't allow update of the Single Select options through "Run Script" in automation?

Hi everyone,I’ve created an interface that includes a list view (see screenshot). This list shows devices (inventory items) that are linked to a construction site record. Adding a new device works perfectly – I can use the “Gerät hinzufügen” button to select an existing record and link it to the construction site.On desktop, removing the link also works fine: I can right-click on a row and choose “Unlink record”, which removes the connection between the construction site and the device.However, on the mobile version of Airtable (the app), I can’t find any way to remove that link. Long-pressing, context menus, or any other gestures don’t seem to offer that option.My question:Is there any way to allow unlinking records in a list view on mobile – maybe through an alternative view, a button, or an automation? Or is this simply not supported yet in the Airtable mobile app?The list view layout works perfectly for my use case, so I’d prefer to keep it – I just need a way for users to unlink d

I need to create an interface of a table’s data.  It needs to have pages of “cells” that are shown in 3 columns and 10 rows.  Each cell has 4 rows (one column) of data, some with labels.  For example: First Last First Last First Last Date: 10/02/25 Date: 10/02/25 Date: 10/03/25 Score: 100 Score: 100 Score: 100 Distance: 1000 Distance: 1000 Distance: 1000  Ultimately, I’m hoping to be able to print the grid on Avery labels.Is this possible?

As I create Interfaces for my database, I noticed that my record selector box for my source table, always defaults to the earliest record.  I need it to appear blank, when I first open the table's Interface.   Is there a setting that I need to change, or is an "unwanted" feature of the Airtable Interface?

Hi everyone,I’m trying to create a line chart in Interface Designer that shows interest rates over time. My table structure is simple: Date (date field) Rate (percentage field) Type (single select) In the chart settings: I use Date for the X-axis, Rate for the Y-axis, And I apply a filter so that only records with a certain value in the Type field appear. However, I noticed that Airtable automatically applies an aggregation (e.g., average, sum, etc.) to the Y-axis values, and I can’t find a way to set it to “none.”Since each date in my table corresponds to exactly one record (no duplicates), I’d like the chart to simply plot the rate as-is, without aggregation.Is there a way to disable aggregation or make the chart use raw values for each record instead of aggregating them?Thanks in advance!

I created a dashboard with interface designer, containing mostly number elements with the % complete of different categories; when I expand this, I get a list of records in the category, as expected. Great ! But this works only as it should be on the desktop client and also on the iPad client. But not on iPhone !? On iPhone, every Number element on the dashboard I expand, I always get the message “No records yet” ?I don’t understand this… is there really such a big functional difference between the iPad client and the iPhone client ? 

hello,How can I create an interface from an Airtable list view?  

I’m currently editing a list interface, and under “appearance” there is the normal record coloring, and then there is something called “field text color:” Does anyone know what this is and how to use it?I’ve attached a photo of what I’m talking about 

Having a few issues with new dashboards...Is there a way to not use a list, but instead use a grid layout for data on a dashboard? List view, especially here where you can not do levels, is useless.Is there a way to edit records in-line in the dashboard? no matter what I do, I can't seem to make it editable and have to expand each record individually. Not really working for our flow. ps... any news of Record List moving to the new upgraded interface versions?

Hi everyone,I’m building a List Interface in Airtable and would like to know if it’s possible to freeze (or lock) the first column, similar to how you can freeze columns in grid views.When scrolling horizontally through fields in the List layout, the first column (which usually contains key identifiers like names or IDs) scrolls out of view, making it difficult to track which record I’m looking at.Is there a built-in way to freeze the first column in a List Interface, or any workaround that others have found helpful?Thanks in advance for any insights or suggestions!— Sean

I created an interface with two pages, and one is not showing the information to the viewers. They are getting an error that says "Cannot access this data."Other details...There are two pages in the interface --- one is a list, and one is a record detail page that only allows them to see their own record.They are all able to see their own record, but the list won't show up. The "Users can see" is set to "Specific records" and has one condition on it (status field = active).When I preview the page as the viewers, I'm able to see everything.What am I missing?

Hi all, as of today CTRL-F is not opening a search bar within a grid on my interface page.  I use this feature maybe 100 times a day and its a big part of my workflow.I rebooted, signed in/out, tried a different web browser, no luck.  This is hugely disruptive and I’m not particularly interested in creating a new interface list page with the native search feature.  There are other elements on my original page that I reference ALL the time that won’t be visible with a dedicated list.  Anyone else run into this and find a solution?  I submitted a ticket with support and they’ll get back to me in 1 to 2 days….

For context - I’m a literary agent and I’m trying to create a way to have a ‘live’ brochure of clients who are available for writer for hire gigs that I can share with editors. I’ve created a form which the clients can use to add and edit their details whenever they want and at the moment I have this set up to feed to a gallery interface just through the airtable interface section. It works reasonably well, but the long text field doesn’t seem to have a space big enough assigned to it in the display so a lot of the text is being cut off and I don’t want editors to be able to open the record because there’s other information there that I don’t want them to see. It’s also cutting off if the authors select more than 4 genres which is a bit frustrating.  Is there a way to adjust how the gallery interface deals with data display? Or is there another option within airtable I could look at that would enable me to customise more? I’m not very familiar with interfaces so this is a bit of an exp

When making a list with three hierarchy levels and adding dropdown filters they don’t seem to work. When making lists of two hierarchy levels on the same base the filters do work. Is there something I’m missing or is there a bug?Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I have a question about option selection, the parent record is “Joan” and linked record buddy “KK”, I want to filter out all linked record under “Joan” instead of selecting “All buddies”. The filter has no choice of “Client” is [Current Client], is there any way to solve it?

Goal: From a Cases Interface (Kanban + record detail), I want a button that opens an Interface Form (Activities)already prefilled with Case = current record (and optionally Patient = the Case’s linked patient). I also need two shortcuts that open the form with Contrato firmado (tmp) or Tratamiento completado (tmp) already checked.What I tried: A button inside the record detail block → action Go to interface page (Activities form). Issue: I don’t see the “Initial values” / “Use record from …” section at all; only Visibility (premium)shows up. I made sure the button is in the body of the detail, not the header action. Same result: no “Initial values”. Go to external URL action: in my UI I can only type a fixed URL; I cannot insert field values. Questions: How can I enable “Initial values” / “Use record from …” on an Interface button inside a record detail block to pass the current record to an Interface Form? Are there known limitations when the button sits inside a Group withi

I’m trying to upload an image to a Form but both in the Logo and Cover Image the upload fails.  I’ve tried different files but get the same result. ThanksDonald

I’m currently on the Team Plan and building a survey using Interface Forms. However, I encountered an issue where I can no longer add more elements. The error message says:“Your change was reverted because your interface is too big. Try deleting some elements.”My form currently has 249 elements, and all of them are required for the survey — so deleting any of them isn’t an option.May I ask if there’s a way to increase the element limit or an alternative solution to accommodate more questions within the same Interface Form?Thank you in advance for your help!Best regards!
