Hello everyone,I’m running a website that relies heavily on the Airtable API to manage and sync dynamic content such as product data, categories, and status updates. Recently, I’ve started facing inconsistent behavior when making API requests from my website to Airtable, and I’m struggling to identify the root cause.In some cases, API calls that previously worked without issue are now returning partial data, delayed responses, or unexpected empty fields, even though the records clearly exist in the base. Other times, the same endpoint works correctly on a manual test (using tools like Postman), but fails or behaves differently when called from the live website environment. I can’t see a way to do this so presume I am missing something. So here I need to see the average value of a call booked which is different than the avg cash collected per closed call. I want to see Total cash collected divided by total calls booked. How can I make this show on an interface?I think its a bit bonkers you can’t just do a simple sum on an interface with the figures of that interface. Am I missing something or is this actually not possible? Help much appreciated. Cheers 

Hi, I’m another newbie that’s too inexperienced with Airtable to find what I need in this forum. I have tried and tried to solve a problem I have but with no success so I wonder if anyone who knows Airtable well could help me please?I have managed to set up 1 master table and 3 other tables that have data related to the master table. All tables have a common record. I am trying to link the tables, as you would do for example in a relational database like Micrsoft Access, in order to create a view where for each line of data I choose/expand in the master table, the related data from the other 3 tables is also displayed. I just can’t get this to workI suppose the problem might be in the way I have tried to link the tables together?If anyone could spell out in very simple terms what I need to do to sort this out, I’d be very grateful. Thanks 

I am developing a college course and want to have students build an airtable that curates all higher education programs for students with disabilities. Is that possible?

The last discussion about this I found was from 2023 when it was initially implemented.I have a couple airtable embeds in Squarespace. They have been working fine for several months. All of a sudden today, every time the embed is viewed, I get the Cookie Popup. Every single time. Clicking X or accepting doesn’t make any difference.I’m not sure why this has started up after months. Has Airtable addressed the implementation? Can I either turn it off or at least once the popup has been answered make sure it doesn’t activate every single time the page opens?

I’m building up a base for my team. We have many workflows/processes that occur throughout the year and I want to track them, so our team stays on track and have ownership. I’m starting with one workflow but I’m running into an issue where my workflow tasks aren’t getting automated correctly when it runs for the month. My base is currently set up with People, Tasks, Projects, Process Templates (Where our workflows are held), Task Templates (where I would like the tasks that are associated with the processes held), Runs (when this workflow occurs), and then Workflow Tasks (where the team would edit and keep track of their tasks associated with this workflow).Two Things:1. When my automation runs, its supposed to populate all 7 tasks into the Workflow Tasks so that the team can start tracking them. However its only pulling up 1 out of the 7 tasks even though my Find Record is showing all 7 Tasks. I have it repeated and for it to create a record but it only does one. How can I fix this?I

I have an Automation that sends an email when conditions are met that includes Update Record link for Fillout. However the link is emailed as a text field - e.g.  https://forms.fillout.com/t/zzzz?id=xxxxHow do I modify so it sends as a clickable link.I have tried  "<a href='" & {Your Formula URL} & "'>Open link</a>"  and it did not work. 

Hi all,  Is there a current feature, or, has anyone figured out a process to share verified agents? Similar to verified datasets?

As recently as a few days ago, Airtable’s What’s New page let us know the new features that Airtable was adding but now the page shows a 404? You can still find the base here, updated as recently as this month (February ‘26) here, but hopefully that base keeps getting updates?

I have been trying several Airtable alternatives to try to build my app stack options to select from and commit to build my first initial version of a functional app.During the Airtable’s free Teams trial period, I came to realization that there are additional, especially 3rd party forms & automation, applications are required to build a functional & manageable application based on Airtable.I’m just a start up. No special category like .edu, non-profit, etc.I cannot provide any verifications because I have not focused on social profiles & not willing to t provide any official documentation at this moment.AI answers were that there are no discount codes to apply at a checkout and were not able find any discount links, including from utube creators.As with any startup, any discount helps. I am trying to open Airtable in Chrome but when I enter a url into a browser and hit return, the screen turns white and my Airtable is tab at the top of browser spins as though it was loading.  Then nothing happens.  The same url works on my colleagues computers no problem (by way of trouble shooting, my internet is working fine, OS and browser is up to date and running most recent version, I cleared my cache and browsing history, disabled all extensions).  I can get it to load in Safari but I want to use Chrome (I’ve set up some extensions and automations in Chrome and don’t want to leave this browser).  Not sure what to do!  

I’ve been trying to achieve a simple thing. I want to have Table 1 as database where i can store people information like Name, Personal ID, etc. And I want to import selected information from Table 1 to Table 2. It should autofill and whenever i add a new person into Table 1(the database) it should reflect in Table 2 as well. HOW do i achieve that. So far i’ve tried linked records but then i have to manually press on every single person to import their information. Please help an ignorant soul.Example:Table 1 has people personal IDs i want to fill in Table 2 based on these IDs automatically

Im problem solving some workflow issues and finding that lots of lookup fields are not populating data for the vast majority of records. From what i can tell its only populating data for about 1000 records foir each of the fields i checked thus far. I also happened to notice that base views now have a new “showing the first 1000 records of XXXX. Load All Projects” warning/button combo at bottom of screen. Perhaps it is tied to this? This is critical malfunction for our system … hoping someone has a solve here?

Is there any update on when the Deep Match feature will be generally available? A company I am working with doesn’t have the AI Labs setting available.

Hey all. I have a client to which I am creating some template tasks.  The problem I am facing is that.When the client changes its status, I need to create x amount of tasks. Example attached. I have an automation that adds another relation to Client-Tasks that displays the immediate next task So client has 2 relations to tasks. One to all tasks, one to just the next task, which uses the field.Next task for search to find the right taskThe problem I have is that after my automation creates the template tasks it sort them randomly Even though I have set up a sort list step first.Always the next tasks is a different one.  If I sort the tasks manually everything works good, but I am having a problem with the first step.So I need that:1 the first tasks are created in the right order based on the template order and sorted correctly, and also then I need to be able to manually sort them. Otherwise the client would never be able to mode them  

The functionality to load all records is phenomenally slow - like on the order of 5 minutes in a dataset with 15,000 records. Before the 1000-records-only initial view, the full set of records would load within 30 seconds. 

my company and i are interested in upgrading to enterprise and tried to get in contact with their online form to set up a meeting, but still haven’t gotten a reply back. is there another way to contact them? do they have a phone number i can call?
