Hello,I have shared 3 interfaces with a collaborator and have given them editor permissions. They are able to acces one of the 3 interfaces. When they try to access the other 2 interfaces they get a notification which says 'You are not authorized to view this page'.I am pretty sure that I followed the same procedure to share the interfaces and I don't think I have set any restrictions for who can see the interfaces. M is only able to view the Equipment & FAcilities Maintenance even though they have editor permission on all the interfaces.M has access to the interfaces on the desktop and they work perfectly for the permissions I have set. This issue only occurs on the mobile app on a tablet.Does anyone know what might be going on?Thanks!

Hi! I’m creating a base of videos from youtube. I have an attachment column in my base and I want to put there video thumbnail. All thumbnails have the same link but with different ID. For example: Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAl9SayLzTE ID: pAl9SayLzTE Thumbnail link: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/pAl9SayLzTE/maxresdefault.jpg Questions: Is there a formula that will create a link to thumbnail with a known ID from another cell? So I need some formula that will insert ID in a template https://i.ytimg.com/vi/XXXXXXX/maxresdefault.jpg instead of XXXXXXX How can I insert the result of this formula in the Attachment field? Can I somehow receive other info about a video by the link or video ID? (I understand that is another question and big topic, but maybe you have some useful links to read) Thanx!

I tried posting this question yesterday but now I can't find the post so it looks like it didn't actually get created so I'm trying again.I've been tasked with creating an interface to our AirTable data using an API developed by Brightvine (Brightvine Data Link).  I can get back all the data using the API interface but I need to be able to pass in the last date the process ran on our end and get only those rows created since the last run date/time.  The BVDL gives me a place to enter URL parameters and I've tried using the "filterByFormula" option but I keep getting an invalid formula error.  The BVDL gives me access to the last run date/time in a couple of different formats when creating a parameter.Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Ray Porter 

Team, subscribed to Airtable a month back. Created a workspace called “Rohit”, created two bases - “Sales Pipeline” and “Open item tracker”. Now Sales Pipeline base is completely gone. Can’t find anything. Was working on other things like importing data, building AI etc for a large excel database i have. But pls advise how can i retrieve my base “Sales Pipeline”

Was adding leads to a dbase and chugging along. Next thing I know, AirTable stops accepting any inputs. Checked my wifi, logged out and back in. Anyone have a similar issue? Any suggestions, tips or hints would be welcomed.

I picked Educational Toys as my category, and Omni suggested a complete new Airtable app/base with tables for Materials, Production Steps, Inventory, and Quality Checks, plus smart relationships between them.The suggested automations for stock tracking and notifications were a game-changer compared to our existing Toy Workshop setup. I also loved the example records — they made it super easy to visualize the workflow.It’s amazing to see how AI can help draft data models, prototype workflows, and improve existing bases so quickly.I’d love to hear how others approached their toy category and what clever automations or relationships Omni suggested. I’m working on an interface that is all connected to Property Projects through the Record Picker. I’m trying to create elements that pull data from the subject property through the Record Picker. For example, I’m creating a Comps element. However, I need the comps to pull only from the Property selected in the Record Picker. It’s prompting me to create a condition, however, I don’t have the Record Picker as an option. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance! 

Dear community,In the company I work for, we have a base which contains a lot of sensitive data about clients. We are currently on the Team plan. I noticed that there is no inactivity log out in Airtable. The only safety measure I could potentially take is 2FA. Although, preferrably I would have 2FA, a inactivity log out and something that makes it only possible for colleagues to log-in when they are on their work MS365 account.I see this last thing is possible with SSO, but that's only applicable for business. Since we are a foundation, that is hard to afford for about 20 employees. I hope someone in the community can help us with this security issueThanks a lot,Sid

 This thing is extremely annoying and interferes with editing the table. The only way I’ve found to disable it is to turn off Omni for the entire base. Is there any simpler way?

ContextI have my base created, and my main table is named the “Event Plan”, within this table, each row is the record (event name).In the second table, called my “tasks” lists all the tasks that an event requires. The Problem I’m FacingRight now, my airtable reuses the same task records across multiple events. So I have ONE "Copy Creation" task that links to all the events (because each event has this task). But this creates an impossible situation: that one task can only have ONE start date and ONE end date, even though the events run on completely different schedules. Your GoalI want to create an Airtable where:Each record/event in the table is a separate project with its own timeline Every record/event has the same 27 tasks that need to be completed (Copy Creation, Brand Review, Registration Page Live, etc.) Each task has its own start date and end date specific to that event's timeline I don't want to manually create 27 tasks every time you start a new webinar Ideally every time I

I tried hard to find a Discord server for it, but sadly, there isn’t one.The main point is: I want to display a single piece of data alongside a bar chart in the interface. Hello,I’m trying to automate the population of resumes as attachments to a candidate table once a form is submitted.  I’m having trouble getting the resume file to attach to the resume field.  When I do it like this (within a loop through the uploaded resumes), I get an error saying “Invalid String”.  That’s likely because the “ContentReference” is a JSON formatted string.  I don’t see an option to insert the resume file itself, only metadata.  How can I actually auto-insert the resume file itself? Thank you,Robert

Two (2) columns of expenses in different currenciesI work for an international agencyI have to submit a report of expenses. I have some expenses in US dollars and some in Euros. I would like 2 columns and then a conversion column in euros - how can I do that ?

Recently I have noticed that the more compact menu that is displayed when a record is clicked in calendar view seems to have reduced functionality. Specifically, I can no longer edit fields from that menu and ‘multiple select’ fields seem to not allow for options being chosen from that menu anymore. However, when you click to expand that record view, everything works as its supposed to. The photo I have attached points out what I am referring to.   I have tried this with multiple records, newly created records, different fields, and I have already closed and reopened Airtable. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!

Hello community,I’d like to clean up our database a bit — especially fields and formulas that were created through “trial and error” and are no longer really needed.What’s the best way to check whether a field in the database is truly not being used anywhere? Do you have any tips or best practices so I don’t accidentally break something?

Is there a way to prevent people from making edits, or self-upgrading their account from a Viewer to an Editor? I am on Enterprise Scale and constantly have to check to make sure people arent self-upgrading to Editor and thus taking away seats, or using seats we do not have available.One solution I found was to make everyone only an editor, but then they cant configure or modify the base which means I, or my team, would have to configure their base for them which we cannot support. Has anyone here found a solution for this? Seems kind of silly that there isnt a setting within the Admin panel to prevent this from happening.
