Question

What’s the best way to manage Amazon ad campaigns without spending hours in reports?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been looking at how sellers handle their Amazon advertising day to day, and it seems like a lot of time goes into the same repetitive work: checking search term reports, adjusting bids, pausing wasteful keywords and keeping an eye on ACoS.

Some sellers do all of this by hand in spreadsheets, and others use an Amazon Advertising Platform to automate bidding and reporting. I’m curious what actually works in practice.

A few questions:

  1. How often do you review and adjust your campaigns?
  2. Do you rely on manual optimization, rule-based automation, or AI-driven tools?
  3. Which metrics do you trust most for deciding where to cut or scale spend?
  4. What’s the biggest time sink in your ad workflow right now?

I’d like to hear what’s working for you and what you’d change.
