Hi @epalmer,

I’m one of the top Airtable experts in the community, and I was one of the original 10 consultants that Airtable vetted & selected to be in their consultant partner program back in 2020.

I am booked up for the next few months because I have temporarily reached the maximum capacity of business that I can currently handle (primarily because I am just a one-man shop), but if you’re still in need of help in a few months, please feel free to reach out!

You can contact me through my website here: ScottWorld - Best Airtable Consultant

Thank you!
Scott

Hi, I came across your post and wanted to reach out directly.

I'm an Airtable builder looking to take on real projects. I work at a significantly reduced rate in exchange for being able to document the build as a portfolio case study, which makes me a practical option for nonprofits working with tight budgets.

The system you're describing, intake through closeout, contractor tracking, multi-funder compliance reporting is exactly the kind of linked, multi-stage pipeline I've built before. My most recent project was a three-table creator management system with automated follow-ups, Kanban tracking, overdue flagging, and a weekly stakeholder summary. Different domain, same architecture.

I'm confident I can design something that works for your team across the full workflow.

Happy to jump on a short call if you want to see whether this is a fit.

Happy to help with this. I've built multi-team Airtable systems for nonprofits and financial services organizations managing complex workflows across multiple funding sources, stakeholders, and compliance requirements. Intake through closeout with contractor tracking and reporting is exactly the kind of end to end build I do.

A few questions before I suggest an approach: How many funding sources are you currently tracking, and do they have different compliance reporting formats? And are your contractors external parties who need limited portal access, or internal staff? Feel free to DM me.

Hi @epalmer, I'd be happy to help with this!

I'm pretty active on the forums so you can get a grasp of how I work from my activity here as well as some reviews, and I've got a bunch of example projects that you can find here

If you think I could help, here's a link to schedule a free half hour call, and the idea is for us to work on some stuff together during the call so that you can see if we're a good fit!

Best of luck either way!

This is exactly the kind of systems problem I enjoy working on, intake-to-closeout workflows get complicated fast once you layer in multiple funding sources with different compliance requirements, contractor engagement touchpoints, and audit trails.
A few questions to understand the scope better:

How many funding sources are we talking, and do they each have distinct reporting formats or just different field requirements?
Is contractor engagement currently handled outside Airtable (email, spreadsheets), or is there an existing system you're migrating from?
Are you thinking Airtable-native the whole way, or open to automations that pull in tools like Make/Zapier for the compliance reporting layer?
