Role Overview
Moonland is hiring a senior Airtable consultant to work embedded with one of our international clients, collaborating closely with their IT team on the design and delivery of business critical Airtable solutions.
You will operate as part of the client’s core IT and product environment, working with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Airtable systems.
This is a hands on role. You will design, build, and evolve production grade Airtable applications used across multiple regions and teams.
You will work closely with teams based in Brussels and London. Remote work is possible, but availability within or close to GMT+1 is essential to ensure smooth collaboration through daily standups and regular calls.

What you will do
- Work closely with the client’s IT team to design and implement Airtable solutions
- Translate business requirements into structured data models and workflows
- Capture and formalize business logic across multiple stakeholders
- Build scalable Airtable architectures using advanced features
- Contribute to solution design across the full IT project lifecycle
- Ensure solutions are maintainable, efficient, and aligned with licensing constraints
- Support adoption and knowledge transfer within the client organization
What we are looking for
Must have
- Strong English proficiency, written and spoken
- Senior level Airtable experience
- Proven experience building multiple Airtable applications for complex, global teams
- Deep understanding of Airtable Enterprise capabilities
- HyperDB
- Managed Apps
- Permissioning and governance
- Licensing structures and cost implications
- Ability to capture business logic and translate it into working systems
- Experience working across the full IT project lifecycle

- Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and business teams
- Availability within or close to GMT+1 for daily collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience working in distributed or international organizations
- Familiarity with integrations and API based workflows
