What you'll do
- Design and build workflow solutions, owning each build from design through integration
- Work alongside our consultants and builders to ship fast, scalable solutions
What you'll build
- Data architecture and automations in Airtable
- Integrations between client tools (e.g., HubSpot to Slack, Airtable to NetSuite, Stripe to Xero)
- Custom dashboards, client portals, and real-time team interfaces
- AI-powered agentic workflows

What we're looking for
- Strong Airtable foundation
- Working knowledge of other no-code/integrator platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Glide)
- Strong foundation with AI tools (Claude and OpenAI)
- Clear written communication and a problem-solving mindset
Nice to have
- Airtable Builder Certification
- Anthropic Claude certifications
- Experience with workflow design or process optimization
