Hi everyone,I am looking to connect with 3 other committed No-Code builders who are serious about turning their skills into a business but want a "team" to practice with first.I’m currently at the Beginner/Intermediate level. And I also still have a lot to learn on the technical side. Hi there! I’m using Airtable to plan out the scenes of a story, and I love having the gallery/kanban view to be able to rearrange scenes within chapters. Right now I’m using a short description of the scene as the “title” for my kanban/gallery cards. However, many are getting cut off and making it hard for me to get a truly “at a glance” view of the scenes I’m working with. (I would post an image, but the interface won’t let me submit my question with one!) Is there any way to force the cards to display all cell contents on cards? Thanks!

I work primarily on a PC but when I sign into my mac using the same username and password, I can’t see all of my views. I have ‘show everyone’s personal views’ selected but that shouldn’t matter when I’m logged in personally on both devices. Any ideas?
Any clue why when trying to add a read only seat that I’d get this error about reaching the limit for number of guests? If they are read only I thought they didn’t count against anything?

Hello-I have a table that receives information from a form set up with conditional logic to populate certain questions depending on which one of the 5 submission types they choose and want to consolidate the data into a smaller number of fieldsFor example, all of the forms contain an question that asks for a link but one submission type may need to be labeled “link to item purchased” while another field may need to be described “link to registration page” For my purposes in the data, I can populate the link in one column because they all go into different views depending on what submission type they are. Instead of having a different field for each different description, is there a way for me to have different questions but the answer is all populated in the same data field? I feel like I may be overlooking something really obvious. Thanks!
We have 10,000+ clients that need to sign a legal document. I’m thinking I’ll have them authenticate via an Airtable form and then give them a link to a different site where they can sign the document. Anybody done anything like this? What third-party site did you use for signing the document – DocuSign? Something else? Having them download the Airtable app is simply out of the question. Has to be done entirely in web browser and we’re hoping to make it as easy as possible. Any suggestions gratefully received! William
I see there have been a handful of posts pertaining to e-signatures in AT forms, but I decided to add another one since the most recent seems to be from 2021 and we know how fast things change in this space. My specific use case revolves around credit card authorization forms. As we rebuild our company website, one request from the CEO is to add an embedded form to our site. As it stands we use Adobe to create an editable PDF however I don’t currently have access to our login to explore what a logged-in admin sees when receiving a completed form. Currently we send the editable PDF form to clients via email. Most clients…it’s an old school industry, then print it, fill it out, scan it, then email it back. We then scan and file the hardcopy away. In my mind the ideal flow would be to embed on our site, allow user to fill it out with esign, and have submissions stored in a table somewhere (either adobe or AT) Any advice is appreciated.
Hi, yes I reached out to sales but it’s been a month but so far I’ve only been connected to agents that never replied. Since we are actively running into Record issues within the next weeks I wanted to ask here what costs to expect for an Enterprise plan. We mostly need a higher record limit per base (200k this year, 300k the next). We only use airtable as backend so we don’t need more than 2 user accounts. Can anyone tell me what minimum price to expect for this? I urgently need this information so we can decide how to approach the current limitations. Thank you!
I am currently using Salesforce, but I am not maximizing what Salesforce can do. This is a good thing because it means I can move away from Salesforce, and I heard that Airtable could be a much better solution.There are two problems with this:I'm trying to get a demonstration from Airtable, but I have not heard back from them yet. I know they are busy, but I'm hoping that I can get a demo before I make such an important decision for our business. I'm just wondering if anybody knows somebody in this community that could help us transition from Salesforce to Airtable as a consultant for x amount of time so that this transition is smooth.Thank you so much for everybody for reading this. Hello everybody,I’m trying to add a new user in the admin panel.When I click the “Send invitation” button, I see the message: “1 collaborator has already been invited.” However, I can’t see this person in my Pending Invites list, and the user hasn’t received any invitation.Do you have any idea what might be happening?Thanks in advance.

I’m working on a proof of concept for a product we’re releasing. The idea is a pretty landing page that potential, existing students can sign up for a session or two. We also want the data to be gathered and reported within AT, hence shying away from the Zoom + landing page. Anyone setup any “cool” Airtable portals. Would love to experiment, again for proof of concept.

What changes have been made to prevent this outage from happening again? Why was “Login with Airtable SSO” broken during this outage? If community.airtable.com is supposed to be the central place for users to report issues during outages, then why was it IMPOSSIBLE to login, post, and comment during the outage?
Greetings, has anyone heard any rumors about making it possible to access extension from Interfaces instead of having to go to Data and then Tools and then select Extensions? It is not a really big deal but it becomes irritating and time consuming when I have to send out invoices and I have to go through all these extra clicks to get to the Pages extension where I send out my invoices via email as pdfs.Thanks, Scott

Hi Community, I have created a form, with a number of single select fields. When you got to enter, a blank field appear above the single select options - you can click on this, but it is not showing in the field in the back end. There are two options there, but the user end you can select a third non-existent option?The single selects are required fields, and the form has existed for a while without these glitches. Any tips welcome - though FYI, scripting (which the Airtbale bot told me to do) is a bit beyond my capabilitiesThanks
Hi AirtabliansI have a date column which I have set to DD/MM/YYYY . . when i try to cut or import data into it sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, i have realised that even though I have set the field explicitly as DD/MM/YYYY format like most of the known world, it still wants in input in MM/DD/YYYY then it represents that back in the format I want to see it i.This is causing havoc with automations.I am guessing that there is a central “what format is the date in this entire table/workspace in” setting but I cant find it? My date settings field input still wanting me to enter in it appears this is why i cant cut or import data in unless it is MM/DD/YYYY format (which also means all the datas in the dataset are probably wrong, but i saved in s asecond text field as backup. The field is linked to an interface, in case that means anythiung?
