Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding how billing works for Interface collaborators on the Business Plan.

I currently have a Business Plan account and I’ve shared a specific Interface with several users who are on the Airtable Free Plan. When I check my Admin Panel, these users are correctly listed under the "Viewer" permission level.

My question is: Will I be charged for these users?

I want to make sure that sharing interfaces with "View-only" permissions doesn't trigger additional seat costs on my monthly/annual bill.

Thanks in advance for the help!

@brunofbrsilva

Viewers are free.

Hope this helps! If you have a budget and you’d like to hire the best Airtable consultant to help you with this or anything else that is Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld

Nope. Viewers won’t add to your bill.

In the Admin Panel, they’d be a viewer - and that isn’t charged.

But when you share an interface, you’ll want to make sure their access is Read Only.
