We have ~2000 applicants per applications cycle. I’d like to add them all as read only portal guests filtered to only see their own record that has their login email associated with it.

+5There isn’t any limit mentioned anywhere for read only users. Not sure if there is any technical limit internally.

+35Read-only portal users are free, but Airtable won’t let anybody signup for the portal feature unless they pay for a minimum of 15 paid portal users. So even if 100% of your portal users are free users, you still have to pay for 15 users.
Personally, after working with Airtable’s portals for a while now, I can’t really recommend them too highly. Too expensive, and way too limited in features & functionality when compared to fantastic portals like Softr or Zite or MiniExtensions or Glide.

However, I would caution anybody against using JetAdmin. They are a very unethical company with zero customer support, and they are not even based in the USA so they do not need to follow USA laws.
