Hello everyone,I’m a beginner in Airtable.I created liked to another records in my database but it doesn’t goes out automatically. A helper said that I have to enter the link manually by clicking in the box and selecting the correct link to establish. He corrected the field books to show me an exemple. But I don’t see what’s wrong. I’ve imported several tables into AT. They each had a day field (no time element). I just noticed all the dates are +1 day from what they should be. How is this even possible?More importantly, how do I fix it?

Is this possible? I have multiple views which I use, but not all information needs to be displayed when I add a record through a linked record. Right now, it seems whatever view is at the top of the list in a table is the one that shows up when a linked record is used.

Hi everyone,I earned my Airtable certification using my previous work email address. I no longer work for that company, and I’d like to renew my certification using my current email/account.Has anyone here successfully transferred or merged their Airtable Academy certification history, badges, or Community profile from an old work account to a new personal or work account?I’m especially interested in understanding:whether Airtable Support can merge Academy and Community profiles; what information they usually ask for; whether certification history and badges are preserved after the transfer; how long the process usually takes.Thanks in advance for any advice or experience you can share.

I am on the free plan only.I am the only person with access. I tried to add four other people with editor status. Although the dialog says I can have up to 5 collaborators (including me), the Share invite box will let me add only 2 of the 4?

Using Page Designer to create station manifests for events and they look amazing on screen, not so much on paper. Only the first page prints, the rest of the pages are blank. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but still getting blank pages. When I print I see this instruction: “You’ll need to manually enable background images and/or background colors in your print settings in order to make the page print properly.” What does that mean? Where do I change this setting and how do I change it?

One of my Interface pages keeps crashing, and it’s affecting the performance of my other Interfaces as Airtable becomes unresponsive.

Hello, I have a workflow which includes repetitive data input. Simple copy-paste have some drawbacks.I have a table called Orders. Each row is one order which includes product, quantity etc. Each order requires multiple tasks to complete and there is a linked table for that called Order tasks. Orders come in patches with different products but every product tasks are very similar. I would like to configure first order tasks and then copy it to the rest of the orders. The problem is that then there are only first few tasks which are linked to ALL of the orders. Each order should have their own set of rows in Order tasks table.I have tried multiple workarounds but I haven’t found working solution. For example, duplicating rows in Order tasks table makes it very tedious to relink to correct row in Order table. I have also configured “allow linking to multiple records” but it seems to have no effect when copying and still links to multiple records even when not allowed.Is there some kind o

When I created my Airtable Community/Academy accounts forever ago, I set them up with my work email because that was my only Airtable login at the time. I’m now leaving this current position and want to transition my logins to an email account that will still be accessible (which is also tied to my personal Airtable account). I can’t seem to find a spot in the Settings or Profile where this can be changed--am I missing something, or do I need to go to Airtable support directly?

Hello.  From a Jira filter, I was able to sync time fields and then it stopped working yesterday. Anyone have any ideas why?  I have a ticket in with support but have not received a response.

Hello,I am using an Airtable form embedded on my website via an iframe. In the form settings, I enabled the option “Enter a URL to redirect to after the form is submitted” and added the URL of my thank-you landing page.However, after submitting the form, the page redirects back to the form instead of redirecting to the landing page I specified.The form is embedded on my website using an iframe, and I suspect that this might be affecting the redirect behavior.Could you please help me understand why the redirect is not working and how I can fix it?Thank you in advance for your support.Best regards,

I just want to highlight or select 20 views or more at a time and delete them when we move from one school term to the next or one year to the next. Is there now a way to do this? There are some posts about this from years ago ...

I want to give to some users ( managers … )  the ability to invite new users ( projet team … ) from a creation form in the interface, I tried to do it but I should add the new ones from the base first then select him in the dropdown list showed in the creation form. How can I centralize the invitation just from the interface no need to go the base and add him from there ( it’s so hard to do this when we have a lot of inviations to handle ) 

I’m reopening this topic, I’ve seen there was an old one and this issue seems to keep being not solved after 5 years, which is kinda ridiculous.Out of the blue, without any reasonable explanation, the record IDs of one of my main tables have changed.We use the Record IDs as the primary key to run reporting outside of Airtable. It fully broke our scheduling system. From the 31st of March to today, all the IDs of my records have changed.This happens in a synced table, which might be the reason, although not logic at all. No record has been deleted an re-created.How come this happens? A unique ID must be immutable, what’s the point of having IDs that change in time? 

Hi, I have been trying to get in touch with the Sales Team for more than a month, I have a base that keeps exceeding the 125k records limit, and we urgently need to get more records. has anyone faced a similar situation, and if that’s the case, how did you solve it? Thanks

When importing a CSV file I am selecting ‘create missing select options’. I can see these new options in the preview but when I’ve selected ‘import’- the records are there but with no new options. Troubleshooting I have already done:I am the owner- however on the free plan. I have saved the Excel file as a standard CSV and as a CSV UTF-8 file. I have tried importing a smaller sheet (sheet/data is not large to begin with) I have made sure the field mapping during import matches the multiple select field exactly. I have refreshed the base and switched views after import. The data is not computed fields (like formulas, rollups, etc.)  I have no hidden or filtered views.  I don’t have a huge amount of options in my multiple select fields to begin with.  I have submitted a ticket but am interested to hear what the community thinks. What am I missing?

Hi everyone,for a long time the page designer extension did a great job creating shipping labels for my records. But recently the page designer extension always crashes. I have the feeling that with the amount of records in my table - more than 30k - it became a problem for page designer. In bases with a smaller amount of records age designer works well. Does anybody else have similar issues?  Kai @ CPLI 

A common use case I encounter in Airtable is comparing the state of my data today to a prior state.Here’s an example:I have a table of people and the business units (BUs) they bill their time to Due to reorgs, this info changes frequently I’m trying to get a quick view that lets me compare currently billing to prior stateFor example: Person BU as of today BU as of date xx/xx/xx 1 BU 1 BU 2 2 BU 1 BU 1 3 BU 3 BU 4 4 BU 4 BU 1  Perhaps this is an example of a poorly designed database (we didn’t anticipate so many org changes), and I know I can retrieve a snapshot and do a manual compare.IT would amazing if I could take the field “BU as of today”, duplicate it, and set it to show the data that was in that field on a prior date. (Basically a mini-snapshot).

I am trying to open Airtable in Chrome but when I enter a url into a browser and hit return, the screen turns white and my Airtable is tab at the top of browser spins as though it was loading.  Then nothing happens.  The same url works on my colleagues computers no problem (by way of trouble shooting, my internet is working fine, OS and browser is up to date and running most recent version, I cleared my cache and browsing history, disabled all extensions).  I can get it to load in Safari but I want to use Chrome (I’ve set up some extensions and automations in Chrome and don’t want to leave this browser).  Not sure what to do!  

I am trying to build a system for a one-man business so the owner will be the only user.  While I’m building at least, how do I restrict the owner from being able to edit anything other than what has been allowed in Interfaces?
