Hi,

I suggest you make 2 interfaces for your users. 1 interface in English, 1 interface in Thai. Each user can use their own-language interface in the phone app.

You can translate the field contents using a field agent. I’ve found field agents to be usable for at least rough translation into English from the languages I’ve tried (French, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, German), but they can make mistakes.

If your base data is in English, you could have field agents translate the fields to Thai for display in the Thai interface. If the Thai user needs to input data, you could create additional fields for Thai-language input, then add an AI automation that translates the Thai entries to English and writes them to the English fields when the form is submitted.

Hope that helps,

-Natalka

@nvisibl

Alternatively, for a non-AI way of handling this, you can always turn to Make’s Google Translate integrations or Make’s DeepL integrations — in conjunction with Make’s Airtable integrations.

If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread.

For example, here is one of the many different ways that you can instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable

Hope this helps!
