Hi all, we’ve been on the legacy Enterprise plan, and our rep just told us they are no longer allowing modifications to the legacy plan so we’ll need to switch to the new licensing models. I don’t think we need the Enterprise plan, but she warned us that we might lose some functions if we downgrade to the Business plan. We checked record limits so understand we might need to delete records in 2 of our major bases. Other than that, I can’t tell what “functions” we might lose. We only have 26 users and most are not builders, but we use it heavily.

Has anyone done this and had a good/bad experience? The comparison documentation isn’t the clearest. Is the “Apps Library” worth it? I can’t even tell if we currently have access to it.

Enterprise features are largely around hyperdb, more records, and much better admin functions. I don’t think you’ll miss those features if you’re not using them. Refer to the feature comparison in the pricing table and see if you’re using any of the enterprise features not in the lower tiers.
