Subject: Team Plan Subscription Reverted to Free After Workspace Restore

Hello Airtable Community,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Airtable subscription and would appreciate your guidance.

I purchased a Team Plan (monthly subscription) and had only used it for around 12 days, so my billing period has not ended yet.

However, after I deleted my workspace accidentally and later restored it, the workspace was automatically reverted to the Free Plan instead of remaining on the active Team Plan.

My understanding is that since I have already been billed and the subscription period is still active, the Team Plan should remain attached to my account or restored workspace.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how to properly recover the paid subscription on the restored workspace?

You’ve probably already opened a support ticket, but if not I’d highly recommend doing that as it seems like something that you’d need official support for

I already opened a support ticket, but still not get any solution, so, I need ask the community that probably get the solution faster.
