Hi All,
A couple of weeks ago, we were provided with a quote from sales for the enterrprise edition so we could have our data stored in Europe. After telling them that we’d go ahead with the subscription, the sales person told me that they now needed to get approval. Over one week later, i am still waiting for this approval. I find it very strange. Has anyone else had this issue?
What i don’t understand is why they would give a quote and at not have approval for it?
