Embedding an airtable into my website was working fine as of May 31, 2026. Now my customers are telling me they are receiving internal server errors and cannot see my calendar data. Is there a support issue going on about this? I have submitted a ticket, but no one has responded for several hours now.

Hm, there doesn’t appear to be any incident reports currently: https://status.airtable.com/

Are you able to recreate the issue yourself?  You’ve probably already done this, but if I were you I’d duplicate the view and embed the new one to see if that helped in the meantime

It’s interesting you say there’s no incident reports about this because I have submitted incident tickets earlier today. Perhaps mine hasn’t even been triaged yet.

However, I just duplicated the calendar view, enabled it to be shared to the web, created the new link, and STILL it gets the error messages below…

I’m going to be forced to trash Airtable if this is the lack of support I am going to receive when I have a real issue. I have 356 customers who are relying on this data that I had promised to them this would be a good solution, but this is proving me wrong so far.

Hm, any chance you could duplicate the base with no data in it and DM me an invite?  Would love to poke at it to see if I could figure something out!
