This does not seem to be 100% Airtable related, though it might be important for your workflow using Airtable. I think that this guide (Apple support) is what you are looking for!

Thanks, Mike. While I have learnt a few new and useful things (thank you for this), the email client still opens the online version of Outlook, not the native one I want. I guess this could be the question for Microsoft.

Thank you for taking the time to help out.

This is how I fixed it: I went to chrome://settings/handlers.Clicked on the three dots to remove Gmail and Microsoft Outlook Live.
