wondering how long it takes for a new question to get approved? I’ve asked a question a couple days ago and it doesn't appear to have been approved yet.

Edit after ~1h of investigation: it turns out these are rate limits that are the culprit. Which raises a new question: if I change the email address in the automation, will it impact the runs that are currently in progress? My guess is no. And so, if no, is there any way to trigger a re-run of the currently stuck runs?  I several automations running that involve sending emails. They have both run over 6k times until yesterday around 8pm many runs are stuck in “pending”. There are several things puzzling about it:There isn’t a clear cut off when the automations started getting stuck. See screenshot below: several still pending from before 9pm on Oct 16, followed by successful runs, then everything after 10.15pm is pending.2.Runs stuck at different steps. The automation has two steps: find records, then send email. The earlier runs are stuck at the step of sending an email. AirTable newbie here. We have a reasonable sized AirTable databased with our providers of services. They have different modalities, levels of expertise, qualifications etc.The filters we have in work fine but this one colleague is untrainable (the Director of the company so not approachable or open to more training) and finds them far too confusing. She has her own grid.Questions: is it possible to make some preset filters which are clearly labelled the she can just click once? E.g X type of provider, with X modality in X location. 2. It would be good to remove other filter possibilities so she doesn't get confused.At the moment under the filter boxes in the first drop down after "where" we have a long list (e.g surname, contract, role, status, ID, long list of qualification types, availability, referrals preferences etc. The middle box (if contains, is not, is any of etc) changes depending on the selection of the first box (not a long list) and the final box is also dependent on the f

I’m creating a list of property. Each item has one or more owners pulled from a separate table. I need to be able to add multiple owners for each property and assign a percentage of ownership. Eg. Property A is 100% owned by Bob    (owner is pulled from another table but percentage is specific to this record)Property B is 50% owned by Bob and 50% owned by Jim. Any ideas?

I manage a statewide calendar on which people submit their events via a form. Many of these dates repeat weekly. How do I set up an automation to add subsequent events automatically rather than having to do it manually? 

Hi all, Am I correct in assuming that there’s no way to duplicate a base via API? It seems weird that there’s so much you can do loads of customisation with creating a base via API except you can’t do the 1-click duplicate which is available in the UI? The problem with the create base API is that several things don’t work - e.g. AI fields. It’s not practical to use API to create base then manually have to go in and configure a bunch of AI fields by copy/pasting the prompt in 😅 Any workarounds anyone has found?

I am not able to + icon in timeline view, even though Add / Delete record button is enabled. Can anyone please suggest the look around?

The PDF contains multiple features, and each feature includes nine distinct data points.Our automation flow is:Trigger (button click) Omni – Generate structured data Repeat for each Create recordIn the Generate structured data step:The output schema is set to Array Each array item is an Object The object contains nine key/value pairs, all defined as Text Omni correctly reports finding 27 features, which matches the documentIf we configure the schema as a single string, we reliably get one very accurate record created. When we switch to an array schema, Omni reports the correct number of items and allows us to use Repeat for each, but no records are created in the Create record step.The challenge seems to be:We need an array to repeat for each feature But when using the array output, Create record does not generate any

My base has crashed. No one can access it for some reason. I’m able to access other bases but not this one. I’ve put in a customer support ticket but haven't gotten a confirmation email for it. It’s critical that I don't lose this information, please help!

Have a form that a record picker is used to select a client and am trying to get a encoded URL into a button that can be selected from within an Interface page and have the client pre-selected.Have made plenty of Forms pre-filled encoded URLs (Button linked to formula building the URL), but cannot get this one to work - only seems to be for the Record Picker elementHave other URLs for this exact form that work fine, eg:https://airtable.com/appgAgIX5zNGRiox4/pagqzLgwghd7xBloc/form?prefill_Action+Type=Maturing+Term+Deposit&prefill_Task+Name=Maturing+Term+Deposit+-+(Bank)(Amount)(Date) But when I try to pre-populate the record picker under Client (which selects record from a linked table) it just doesnt fill it. Hi, I use Airtable for keeping an inventory of artworks. I need to be able to pull a PDF of selected records and selected fields, and put our branding at the top. Is this possible? I am wondering if Airtable is not the right programme for us.  Thank you,Beth

I am looking for someone to revamp and make my database on Airtable more efficient. We use it for a medical practice from the start of the intake, to the scheduling, to the preapproval process, to appeals, to scheduling, to efiling. I built it myself, but I know that it can become better with someone like you looking at it.Would also like it to tie into our referral base and keep track of all that. Let me know if this is something that you could do. Hello!We have a medium-sized team (50 people) that has recently moved to a newly built interface. Everyone in this team will have editor permissions for all of the fields that they see in the interface pages.We also want to be transparent with our entire org (300 people) and share this interface with them as many will be making requests via a form that creates record in this interface. However, we’d like to restrict them to editing only a few fields.Is this possible? Or will I just have to limit them to having commenter permissions?

I’ve been going through tutorials and step-by step instructions, and I can’t figure out why my automation is not working properly. Please help!I have two tables (Export and Projects), each with a field called “Slug”. When a record is created in the Export table, I need an automation to check the Projects table and compare the “Slug” fields. If there is a match, no action is required. If there is no match, then a new record needs to be create in the Projects table.Here are my automation steps:The trigger: When a record is created in the Export table.Find records: Where Slug in the Projects table is equal to Slug in the Export tableIf [Find Records > List properties > length] = 0, then create a new record in Projects.Except, no new record gets created.

I’m working on an interface that is all connected to Property Projects through the Record Picker. I’m trying to create elements that pull data from the subject property through the Record Picker. For example, I’m creating a Comps element. However, I need the comps to pull only from the Property selected in the Record Picker. It’s prompting me to create a condition, however, I don’t have the Record Picker as an option. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance! 

Hi everyone!I entrusted Airtable as part of my career (business plan) and now, I’ve encountered a significant issue at my workplace.My customers are salesmen and they utilize quick ‘CTRL+F’ buttons to find our products on our Airtable. If they don’t, they go to another vendor and we lose that sale.1,000 record view  limit banner with button on right I understand they can press ‘Load all records’, but unfortunately not all of my customers are fluent with computers and/or want to deal with pressing ‘Load all records’ all the time, so we’d just lose the sale entirely.I notice this pops up ONLY when I am logged in. HOWEVER, when not logged in and/or viewing via a link... the banner is not there and all inventory shows as normal. Unfortunately, as a good Airtable patron that I am, I made our customers sign up and now they can’t see the inventory we sell. CTRL+F limit I’ve consulted Google Gemini to no avail, and I’d like to say we’re losing a significant proportion of our sales.

unfortunately there is no way for 3rd party clients to update an existing record ussing forms. it creates a new one upon submission. it would be great if users can click on a link which opens up a partially filled in form > they fill it in even further and hit ‘ update’. updates existing record rather than creating another.

Hello everyone,I’m a junior data analyst and recently I was asked at work to integrate new data that is external to our management system. This data consists of Excel spreadsheets stored in Airtable. While researching, I noticed that there are several ways to integrate this data.For example, one could use “bridge” solutions like OneDrive or SharePoint, or connect directly to Airtable via its API.I was able to connect directly using the API (after creating a Personal Access Token), performing a blank query and using an M script to retrieve over 20,000 records. However, I would like to hear from more experienced people whether this could be the best approach compared to using a bridge solution. I personally think it is, but I would appreciate the opinion of experts.I have tested this with free accounts and demo Excel files with over 20,000 records, and I can retrieve them both directly via API and using OneDrive or SharePoint.Additionally, I understand that the client has a paid Airtable

Is there any word on a feature to allow users to change the day of the week that you use for the first day of the week? I know a lot of US calendars will use Sunday for some reason, but I don’t actually know any businesses that run on a Sunday start. I’ve always used a Monday start to the week. And I’m pretty sure most of the rest of the world uses Monday to start the week.I noticed people have been asking this for almost 8 years according to the help center. And it seems like the easiest change.People were trying to suggest that we change our browser settings to some part of the world that does Monday start, and others were reporting that that doesn’t actually change the user experience. And making that change messes up every other application I use, so it doesn’t make sense. Just about all my productivity applications let you set this as a personal preference, and I’m kind of stunned this is still out there.How can this be escalated, or is there a way to see if it’s on the roadmap?
