question approval timeframe

​@mflo questions don’t need to be approved; they post instantly.

As with most forums, there’s no guarantee your question will get answered. Contacting tech support can be your best bet if you need immediate assistance.

Apparently they do require approval in certain circumstances because I asked the same question twice (thinking I did something wrong) under the topic of formulas and it didn’t get posted and there was a message that it needed to be approved.

Oh interesting - maybe that’s on specific forums? I’ve always seen my posts go live instantly. What forum was that on?

That is usually not the case, but it does occur every now and then (if same text is found on the Q that might be the case). Tagging the AT team for your Q to get approved! ​@GCheung ​@MaddieJ
