Hi, yes I reached out to sales but it’s been a month but so far I’ve only been connected to agents that never replied. Since we are actively running into Record issues within the next weeks I wanted to ask here what costs to expect for an Enterprise plan. We mostly need a higher record limit per base (200k this year, 300k the next). We only use airtable as backend so we don’t need more than 2 user accounts. Can anyone tell me what minimum price to expect for this? I urgently need this information so we can decide how to approach the current limitations.  Thank you!

I am currently using Salesforce, but I am not maximizing what Salesforce can do. This is a good thing because it means I can move away from Salesforce, and I heard that Airtable could be a much better solution.There are two problems with this:I'm trying to get a demonstration from Airtable, but I have not heard back from them yet. I know they are busy, but I'm hoping that I can get a demo before I make such an important decision for our business. I'm just wondering if anybody knows somebody in this community that could help us transition from Salesforce to Airtable as a consultant for x amount of time so that this transition is smooth.Thank you so much for everybody for reading this. For some people grouped view is cutting off data displayed.  Not a browser issue - has anyone else seen this?  See last few rows  

Hello everybody,I’m trying to add a new user in the admin panel.When I click the “Send invitation” button, I see the message: “1 collaborator has already been invited.” However, I can’t see this person in my Pending Invites list, and the user hasn’t received any invitation.Do you have any idea what might be happening?Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, I am new here. I started learning how to use Airtable on my own. I would appreciate if there is anyone that that is willing to be my mentor as I progress in the Airtable journey.

I’m working on a proof of concept for a product we’re releasing.  The idea is a pretty landing page that potential, existing students can sign up for a session or two.  We also want the data to be gathered and reported within AT, hence shying away from the Zoom + landing page.  Anyone setup any “cool” Airtable portals.  Would love to experiment, again for proof of concept.

Given:Date field (that does not include time) Set to local time (EST) Set to default to the current date.Result: when within the UTC-5 window (i.e. after 7pm) the displayed date defaults to the next day.There MUST be away to make this work correctly - yes?

What changes have been made to prevent this outage from happening again? Why was “Login with Airtable SSO” broken during this outage? If community.airtable.com is supposed to be the central place for users to report issues during outages, then why was it IMPOSSIBLE to login, post, and comment during the outage?

Greetings, has anyone heard any rumors about making it possible to access extension from Interfaces instead of having to go to Data and then Tools  and then select Extensions? It is not a really big deal but it becomes irritating and time consuming when I have to send out invoices and I have to go through all these extra clicks to get to the Pages extension where I send out my invoices via email as pdfs.Thanks, Scott

Hi Community, I have created a form, with a number of single select fields. When you got to enter, a blank field appear above the single select options - you can click on this, but it is not showing in the field in the back end. There are two options there, but the user end you can select a third non-existent option?The single selects are required fields, and the form has existed for a while without these glitches. Any tips welcome - though FYI, scripting (which the Airtbale bot told me to do) is a bit beyond my capabilitiesThanks 

Hi AirtabliansI have a date column which I have set to DD/MM/YYYY . . when i try to cut or import data into it sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, i have realised that even though I have set the field explicitly as DD/MM/YYYY format like most of the known world, it still wants in input in MM/DD/YYYY then it represents that back in the format I want to see it i.This is causing havoc with automations.I am guessing that there is a central “what format is the date in this entire table/workspace in” setting but I cant find it? My date settings field input still wanting me to enter in it appears this is why i cant

Washington County was established in 1777 and the county seat, Jonesborough, was established in 1779; the oldest county and town in Tennessee.  We have over a 1,000 family folders and over 400 local history folders along with books, microfilm, maps, etc. in the library genealogy collection.  We are building a searchable database on these family folders and local history folders. In this data base, we also set up through ‘extensions’ a search engine.We want to share this database with family researchers.  But we would like to share with them a “read only” database that is searchable.  This is our problem.  How can we set up a “read only” database that researchers could use?  We do not want to put this database on the internet.  Is there a way that we can set up a searchable database that is only ‘read only?’ 

I recently got a new Ipad to use when referencing my Airtable database. I noticed that a number of data entries. were missing. I cleaned that up a best as I could. Today I saw that this was still happening between the old IPad and the new one. I cleaned that up, them login to the database with my laptop, and it is missing everything I put it today. Up until recently if I put something in on the IPad it was immediately available on the laptop. I refreshed, relogged in. I’m not sure what is going on.

Hi ThereWe are a UK company using Airtable to manage / power all areas of our business.We absolutely love the product but are becoming a little nervous with downtime incidents.This is because our companies workforce is simply paralysed without it.We would like to implement a basic form of 3rd party backup / restore service.We’ve just setup an account with On2Air to evaluate their offering.Appreciate there’s a bunch of previous posts on this topic but would appreciate links to any recent services or with what you may be using successfully. Thank you for your help in advance. 🙏 

Airtable is down again. 7:20am Australia time now and it’s been down for over 90 mins, with no status update posted in 70 minutes since the last one saying ‘we’re working on it’. Our business is just at a standstill - I can’t even log in to find any of out client’s data to call them…. I doubt I’m alone. Not having any kind of update for over an hour is unacceptable when businesses need to rely on this service. I get that things go down, i get there are outages - but the communication surrounding such issues from Airtable is abysmal. This kind of outage during business hours costs us thousands of dollars an hour and I can’t help but feel the support/communication during these times needs massive improvement. 

I deleted and redownloaded the app, didn’t help. 

I cant load any of my Airtable Page.Can anyone help on this please?

Airtable is down for us too in the UK - I have tried logging in from the app, from different browsers, different accounts - all blank screen.Airtable team - please help and respond to let us know what is happening and what you are doing to resolve it - thanks

The functionality to load all records is phenomenally slow - like on the order of 5 minutes in a dataset with 15,000 records. Before the 1000-records-only initial view, the full set of records would load within 30 seconds. 

Hi group,  Wanted to ask you about how you manage user management. I get a lot of questions from our organisation about “who can add me to Airtable”, and so far it’s just me managing our groups (I’ve made groups based on permission rights and what interfaces they should see).I’ve seen there is an option to assign members of these groups to be the group admins. I’m wondering if it’s worth making one user per team an admin, so they can manage access rights for their area without always going through me.How do you manage this? any good tips?
