Hey I’m using zapier to link my typeform to an airtable, which is all working fine apart from the multi-select type form (choose 1-3 options). It is not linking to airtable’s multi-select field type correctly. Attached is what I’m getting - all inputs are in one entry instead of separate. I’ve even manually added all of the input options in the field on airtable. The workaround would be to use 3 separate single entry questions in typeform but this is not very user friendly and would mean separate fields which also doesn’t help when comparing data. Please help! interested if anyone has managed to do this or have i reached airtable’s limits? How it is How it should look

I am just starting with Airtable and have created a tables of Jobs, Crew, and Crew Assignments. I am trying to show where we have assigned the same crew member to multiple jobs where the dates overlap. I’m integrating Typeform with AirTable and all is working great with most fields but not with single-select and multiple-select fields. Documentation states these AirTable fields map to Typeform fields that are Multiple Select, which is what I used. When mapping these fields in my block, I can enable my AirTable select field but the equivalent fields in Typeform are greyed out so cannot be selected. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As my company’s Enteprise Admin, the Admin Panel Sync feature has been incredibly helpful for system maintenance audits.However, it would be even better if the workspace and base descriptions were available fields in the Admin Panel Sync. I could use it to have AI scan the descriptions and summarize all the work being done across the company, identify any duplicate efforts, and find opportunities to streamline workflows across teams. For large companies, this would be best/easiest way to govern Airtable usage effectively.

It seems so weird that Airtable doesn't have text color options in the long text field, even when rich text is enabled.Is there any plan to add this feature in the future? My team heavily uses colors in text fields in spreadsheets and in Notion and while trying to migrating fully to AT, this is a big turn down

I've developed a solution on top of Airtable tailored for real estate investors. This tool helps manage properties, units, tenants, and leases efficiently. Recognizing that each investor has unique needs, I am also offering customization services to fit specific use cases and requirements.My goal is to charge a monthly fee for using the solution, with additional fees for customization services. However, I’m uncertain about how to maintain control over the solution given it's built on Airtable. I am hoping to use Airtable Forms to manage applications for a grant, but I am running into issues in finding the best way to export the results so I can review each application/record individually. Clearly exporting to .csv is not the best way to do this. Further, the grant requires an attachment upload. For a simpler grant, I used page designer to print to PDF each record, and pulled in the required fields in order to evaluate. The application data takes up one page, so I just print the pages I need. This is becoming harder as more applications are received, however, because the print options are only “print current record” or “print records in a specific view” (i.e. my entire grid/all results). What I need is to only export/print certain records that have not been reviewed yet. For the more complicated grant, I want to export each record including the attachment. Not export the entire grid to CSV then download each attachment. Is this going to be possible? Each application requires

What timezone is used by Calendar View and\or how to change it? Can’t find this in documentation so far. Using Pro plan, if it matters. My use case: I have an ‘events’ table and I want to make 2 calendar views for US and for Europe and be able to (re)schedule events by dragging on both views

Is there a way a user submitting a form can save the data filled out before he submitted it? I have a very long form for my users that they won’t fill at once.

Hello! This week my colleagues and I noticed that the format of our email notifications from Airtable has changed. We used to received email notifications saying the person's name "via Airtable." Now it appears as their email address. The new format makes it just a little harder to keep track of who is sending us notifications. We'd like to revert back to the old display with the name but can't figure out how or why it changed. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi ,I'm based out of india and using Visa Card to upgrade from Free to Team License. I tried few times but I'm getting below error everytime "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again.".   I tried to refresh and re-do this transaction with other visa card, but that is also not working. Any help on how to get out of this problem would be great?

I’m trying to convert an Access database we use to track event and participant data to Airtable so that we can get away from Access and all of its downsides. What we have has always seemed pretty simple and straightforward, but I’m really struggling to create a similar situation in Airtable that isn’t so time consuming. What I have is two tables connected by a join table: Events is where I create records for each new event we host, with a unique number as the identifier, as it’s possible to have multiple events on the same day. Participants is where I create records for each new attendee who participates, and the unique identifier is their username. We have new events about every week, and new attendees is unpredictable. Participants may attend one event or many events, and the goal of the database is to track who comes to which events, to be able to pull data about the types of people who come to our events, and to offer transcripts of the events attended by attendees who may ask for

Hi Community, I would like to know if a status change in a chart can trigger an email automation flow in another program like Klaviyo? Basically, if we generate leads from a fair and add them to our airtable and move their status to “email recipient”, can a specific email flow “fair visitors” be started? I am new to Airtable and was unable to solve my question via YT-videos, so I´m hoping that you guys can help me out. Thanks!!

Hello! When I share my forms link, even though nothing is checked to restrict access, it is requiring everyone to sign-in to Airtable? I use to be able to send the forms link and it sent the form, now it is requiring folks to sign-in. Any fix for this?

Hi, I needed help with airtable, specifically on the fields of our content calendar. We have this added field that says “Updated Verbiage” and this is where we usually attach the Updated Document. We were able to use that before but recently and these past few weeks, we had a hard time using it because the field is not working. We cannot click the field and add the updated document. Has anyone experienced the same dilemma and how were you able to fixed it? 

I understand there is an Admin panel available on the Business and Enterprise plans that looks like a one-stop-shop for organizing user settings/permissions, but that this is not available on the Teams plan. Isn’t there a way on the Teams plan to see all users in one place to see what they have permission to and at what level with the ability to edit the settings right there? Currently it seems like a disorganized mess as I have to go to each element to see who has what and frankly that’s not very clear. An Admin panel seems like database 101 and should be available to all paid plans. Am I missing the boat here? (I feel like I’m missing something obvious.) A specific question: In our workspace, under the Collaborators tab, it shows three users:Me - Workspace OwnerMy boss - Workspace EditorEmployee - Interface Editor Would this setting allow the employee to interact with the base itself, or do can they only see the interface (which is the goal)?

Hi, I have a question about some app architecture that I wonder if anyone might have suggestions or opinions about? The short version is: is it better to pull AT data into an outside app, or to instead try and build plugins / overlays within AT (somehow?) ?  Longer version: I am an engineer (not the software kind) and architect (also not the software kind). I LOVE AirTable. We use it religiously in our firm and it works GREAT for managing building data (pumps, fans, windows, glass, materials, rooms, ventilation flow-rates, etc, etc...)., We have built all sorts of tools to pull AT data down into our local Building Information Models (BIM) as we work. I’ve been working on a client-facing app for BIM data display, and so far what I have is a basic React App which pulls in a project’s AT data and displays it in tables for the client. So thats also fine. But NOW I am starting to add ‘creation’ tools to this app,  and I’m wondering if instead there is a way to build my app into AT, rather t

Using Page Designer to create station manifests for events and they look amazing on screen, not so much on paper. Only the first page prints, the rest of the pages are blank. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but still getting blank pages. When I print I see this instruction: “You’ll need to manually enable background images and/or background colors in your print settings in order to make the page print properly.” What does that mean? Where do I change this setting and how do I change it?

I hate to make my first post a complaint, but I am at my wits' end.Two days ago, after extensive research, I decided Airtable would work for me and signed up for a year's subscription to the $20 USD a month plan.After logging into both the web interface and app, I find I am still on a FREE plan.I tried seeking help through the chat system; it was a complete waste of energy—nothing happened other than being told to contact sales.I messaged sales, but got no response.I emailed support and received a prompt reply: "Yes, we will investigate."Two days later, I'm still not upgraded and have received no further support other than "We are looking into this."This is unacceptable and unworkable—I don't want to risk my business on this type of “support.”I asked for a refund.Ignored.I am about to start a chargeback/fraud report with my bank.If anyone has the king's ear, tell them to sort their support team out.

We have many projects that we want to export or save in an Excel file so we can import them into another platform we’re using. Is there an option to download all the project tabs at once into a single file, so we don’t have to manually download each tab separately?

I’m trying to embed a calendar view, but the data view isn’t matching the embed view:Data view (the one I want): Embedded view (no bueno): Normally I’d just set the view in the embedded version, but this will be on a TV with a refresh/animation every half an hour, so that’s not really feasible. Any way to fix this? Thanks!
