You’re going to need to contact Airtable directly. Staff don’t solve billing disputes here, and only really get involved in Ask The Community if a post gets a lot of traction.

Maybe they haven’t been to work yet, only robot customer service

Besides support@airtable.com, is there any other way to contact airtable staff?
